Just bought the HD4000… and mine works with the on/off switch in either position. The only way to turn mine off is to turn the dial all the way off. Please help…
Hi, thanks for your comment. That's normal. We do not recommend using both the red switch and pressure dial at the same. The silver dial needs to be off first to turn the sprayer completely off. Hope this helps!
My water filler cap has a hole in it. Is there a plug or something that goes in that?
Hi Brian! Are you referring to the inside of the tank, if yes, there should be a filter in that hole.
@PETRATOOLS No, in the top (outer) cap where the water is added. I saw another brand with a similar cap, and I think there was supposed to be a rubber valve there. Mine just didn't come with it.

I bought the model 4400 and am awaiting delivery. I look forward to using it. I like the lead acid approach to a battery as the LI just doesn't seem to have the same MAH capability and they (LI) do cost a lot to replace. These lead acid are a bargain.
