We are six years into a seven year effort of transforming 20 acres of "Piney Grove" in Northwest Florida into our dream homestead/mini farm to be filled with animals and joy. We plan to have a variety of miniature critters on our pastures, raise free-range chickens, grow fish in our pond, garden, plant fruit and nut trees, and harvest wild game. Our goal is
to escape the stresses of corporate life and embrace all that country living
has to offer as we enter the next chapter of our lives. Follow along on our

Used Solos for years. They have a cup that fits over the tip of the sprayer that reduces the size of the spray pattern. Extremely handy when spraying in flower beds. Ask Chaplin if they offer this device and do they have a true fan tip nozzle which is great for large applications. ASGM Bob!

i have been following you now for years. Great to see teh channel grow. And great to see teh opportunities for equipment you can try out. I use a Ryobi 2 gal and sit on the tractor to do an area like the driveway. But a few years older than you, with a bad back and bad shoulder.
We really love this battery powered sprayer....wasn't sure we would but the manual ones will collect dust in the Mega-shed now! Thanks for the support!
In the spirit of CZcams, I have to point out that garden torches also kill grass in unwanted places. Probably need to find a backpack for the propane tank though.

yes!
You clearly need 4 steers for a constant supply of compost for you grass. Aside from that I like those saw horses, and sprayers work better while you sit on the zero steer mower. You better hope she likes to spray because I don't think she will let you use here mower.

I seen this and thought I could really use this product, we have a big yard and also a campsite were I need to spay for weeds. After reviewing the product from their website I'm going to pass a lot of bad reviews about the battery, 3/5 stars from the site.
