This was a great episode! The lengths to which Doug will go to in order to not have to have Mike and Suzy over for thanksgiving dinner weekend is beyond incredible 😅. But that’s what makes this show great, they take it to the extreme with comedic caution lol.
Can't get enough of this underrated sitcom all these years later!

I think this was before they started hinting that Spence had certain "gifts"...
I'm glad the writers at least gave him that, for all the other stuff he took throughout the series.
They gave him the Shuffle Board gift. That's more than enough for a freakin WUSS, okay?

@@TDH24Live One episode was when he & Richie were trying to find a way to determine who gets an extra ticket from Doug. Richie said they should measure the length of something which Spence was a little too eager to do.

Another episode was when Arthur looked under Spence's towel in the locker room trying to figure out who took the dirty picture at someone's wedding. Doug & Deacon were there & seemed impressed, as was Arthur.
There might be more episodes, but those are the ones I was referring to.

What was the point of ritchie on the show. Dude was basically an appendix.
Apparently they wanted at least one character with a heavy New Yawk accent. I never thought he added much to the show. He was gone after a couple of seasons.

I understand but, for example, I have very big eyes, and I am sure, if they had a role, where I would get made fun of my big eyes, as I did throughout all of elementary school, called bug eyes, four eyes, fly eyes, and I didn't even get paid for it. And then they offer me a role making fun of my eyes, and I got paid 100,000 a year, I would not think about it twice. Work there for a few years and deal with the PAID bullying and fame, and be set for life.
