Every single thing that was cut from the movie. Had very crucial information, that fill in a lot of the holes that seem to become more apparent every time you watch the movie.
I hate that too they just don't give a s***. Every movie should be as the director intended. They shortened movie so they can show it more times per day that means more money they make.
I disagree, as this added depth & intrigue to some of the minor characters in the film while giving Billy’s arc closure & showing the collateral damage of the Cowboys’ actions. I think that it’s a shame that this scene was cut.

Good cut out. No reason to give more screen time to an unimportant character. Not to mention the whole friendship didnt fit into the movie at all.
