I was just looking at arlos page yesterday and thinking I would love to see Julie on here so happy for this episode!!❤❤
Aw look at that! I had a spidey sense!🥹 It was a great chat!
I have two beautiful, healthy, sweet green cheek conures. One from Petco and one from Petsmart. They were loved and well cared for by the staff. It depends on the individual store and its management and staff. I really enjoyed the Podcast!
That's nice to hear, Julie also mentioned that it depends on the location and staff, hopefully they start only hiring people who care and know about the animals🥺 Glad to hear you enjoy the pod!❤
I very much enjoyed this podcast again
Wonderful! So happy to hear that!
I wipe off my makeup when I come home, so it's all clean. 😊
A&E cages are also good.
Yes! I forgot A&E!
I was in a PetSmart and a store worker "caught" a parrotlet to show me (I was looking for a companion for my existing parrotlet). I asked it to "step up" which it did immediately. The worker was unaware they were hand tamed already. 😢 It's "bonded" friend was sick or very stressed. I got my second bird from a rescue after seeing this.
Oh my goodness that’s heartbreaking 💔 the poor things!😔😔
My cat does not have any interest in my birds either. He rather walks away
Does Julie has her recipes somewhere?
Just on her reels on Instagram :)
Where can I get powered beets? My birds don't like fresh red beet. They like the golden beet.
Costco sells powdered beets
I would check like Whole Foods or Amazon! Amazon usually has everything haha
