I'm going for my first shot at a permanent Service Desk role in government tomorrow, feels like yesterday I was watching vids like this when I applied for my traineeship there 7 months ago, love it but I'm eager to progress. I'm giving it my best shot, but there may be another position coming in the future and this is my test run. Excitedly nervous but this will prove incredibly useful, almost fate you posted this Kev. THANK YOU!
I’m writing this for the sake of being the first one to comment. Lol! Shout out to KevTech, always making quality videos. I’m doing my core 2 A+ in a couple weeks.
My A+ 2 exam is later this month and there was some good review here. I defiantly feel that I'm going to spend a lot of time studying up on CMD commands. This was really helpful, thanks Kev.
CMD - Nice idea! Thank you!
Thank you!!!!!!! I was waiting on this video
Awesome, thanks a lot Kevin! i hope to get some more common cmd commands from you!
Hey kev thanks for this informative video on the command prompt.and yes you right when you said is important to know the cmd prompt.i use it all the time to troubleshoot my dads window 10 pc.sometimes he can’t get an internet connection and I run the release, renew, flush dns and I get my dads computer connecting to the internet.so yes is important to know the cmd prompt among other thing it could do.
Thank you!!
man thanks for all your help, your videos help me to lock my first Helpdesk job also they put me on level 2 position
For your helpdesk job, what specific knowledge is really important in ranking. Actice directory, network setup knowledge, office 365 administration etc
Id like to focus on aspects that are more important than those that are less of importance for the role
Great video 👏
Great Kevin
shutdown /r /t 10 to reboot the system in 10 seconds before you disconnect your remote session!
My bread and butter. Cmd prompt.
Great video, gpupdate /force is great for enforcing policy for the lazy (me). I think tracecert and repadmin /replsummary for DCs are also very useful to view replication status of our DCs.
I have not watched your stuff in a while but hope you have landed a new role.
Hey Kev(Or anyone), curious if this is part of a current playlist? Thanks for the content.
Not in a playlist
Hey Kevin!! Do you by chance have a video training on how to image a workstation or how to install windows systems images?
Nope. Maybe in the future.
You want Clonezilla.
Awesome video! Hey can you please review my resume?
I don't personally review resumes. Unless you do a call with me on calendly.
