Depending on the company/hospital, give it about 2-3 weeks before you shoot them a short follow up email about it.

Considering that minimum wage is higher than $11/h in my state how is your information useful? Some states it's 8 some it's 15 so how much above mini-wage is it?

In the video description, there's a link to the payscale for the job. For this job, it's between $8.98 - $13.75 in the USA. It takes few second to google it to find out the average your city/state pay for the job. My video is usual generalize/avg for most people across the USA so sorry that I can't be specific to ur case.

for cities that min wage is $15 (rare), then the avg pay, of course, will be raised up to at least $15 or more. However, it will be harder to see an increase in annual pay raise

It really depends on the hospital. At my hospital minimum starting pay is $15. I'm not a sitter though.

For some healthcare facilities, yes. Some might ask you to do more than just safety though.
