    Is the Glitz reverb your favorite? Also if you haven't seen the other videos in this series, here is the playlist: czcams.com/play/PLKBqjDj5XyB6dehe7UsHFAeERMRm70mdU.html

      The new dynamic plate gives the glitz a run for its money.

      @@benjaminthancock It does...the only thing is that Glitz is so nice on DSP usage!

    Verb pre amp is the most realistic scenario to emulate how worship albums are played live/recorded. It’s a more saturated sound and much warmer, albeit less clear.
    Verb BETWEEN amp and cab is effectively the same as running an amp with an fx loop. You still get the warmth of the cab.
    At the very end is effectively a studio like effect and the most clear, albeit a little sterile. This is the easiest way to get a huge stereo spread.
    The best method IMO, is to use verb both in front AND at the end to get the best of both worlds. HOWEVER you MUST be running a true stereo, dual amp and cab signal path to maintain the stereo field.
    Great video! Thanks for spending time on things that most people do not!

      Agreed! Before the stomp I always had my board before both my amp and cab. That's the sound I'm used to. But since I have the options, I like to try different things. But I haven't tried reverb at the front and at the end. I'll have to give that a try. Thanks for watching and the encouragement!!

    They seem “brighter” - YES!!!
    The toughest part of my learning curve with the Iridium and now Stomp is the difference in front of house compared to my music room. There’s just no real way to dial it all the way in until you get into rehearsal. GREAT VIDEO!!! Lots of hidden gems in here.

    I know this is completely unrelated to your video, but I notice you use the KZ AS10 for IEM. Have you ever compared them to the ZS10 Pros? I think I'm gonna buy one of the two, but not sure which would be better for a guitar player. Thanks!

    • @HeyWorshipLeader
      @HeyWorshipLeader  Před 3 lety +1

      I have not compared the 2. I liked the AS 10's because they are pretty balanced. I'd also like to know how they compare....might be a good video one day :)

    I know for me I went ahead and set up a Parameter switch for my glitch reverb. One switch for ambient and one for my rhythm and lead. But only thing that stinks is the trails just completely go away.

    • @jo18ist
      @jo18ist Před 3 lety +3

      I put delay after it so that I get a little bit of trails.

      Jose Castillo might have to try that! Thanks for the tip

    • @HeyWorshipLeader
      @HeyWorshipLeader  Před 3 lety

      Yeah man...I know. I sent up my presets that way to try to get the most out of them and save space...but it's not best. I always try to have a room reverb on, with no switch to it, that way I can have my ambient reverb be able to have trails. But still takes up a whole other block...which is why I got an external reverb.

  • @terrencejosiahtanudjaja6755

    Hi, can you share how to get 100% wet using glitz reverb? Is it possible?

    • @HeyWorshipLeader
      @HeyWorshipLeader  Před 3 lety

      When you crank the mix to 100% you are getting 100% wet. Hope that helps

  • @josephirvan707
    @josephirvan707 Před 3 lety +1

    could you pls tell me the reason why you always put the reverb / delay in stereo mode ?

    • @HeyWorshipLeader
      @HeyWorshipLeader  Před 3 lety +1

      I like to hear them in stereo thru my headphones. Def not needed for live play unless you want that sound. If you've ever compared the stereo to the mono, the stereo really opens it up. Sounds amazing.

      Hey Worship Leader i’ve just purchased ur presets and i would like to ask one more thing, if i run hx stomp output/left into DI to FOH, output right into fx return of the amp. should i run the stereo presets or just mono ? thanks

      @@josephirvan707 run stereo... especially if you only have 1 electric like when I play at church. Helps fill up the space.
