      LOL I had kind of a similar reversed thought, as I’m white and I thought, man why am I not black, if I even started to try doing this then I could go make this a show in the circus instead of the clowns as it looks so stiff and hilarious. I need to try it anyway 😆

      hahahaha thanks!! I do atleast 2 or 3 videos a day for 6 days and I do basic yoga on my off day. Cut out all sugary drinks and basically started eat less than I usually do. I dont eat after 730pm and I make sure to drink 2L of water. Also started going to sleep earlier so I get atleast 7 hours. I'm in the middle of my gap year so I have a lot more time to do all of this and get really active.

    It really works. I tried it once 3months before but too hard to follow so stopped this video (instead I followed other videos) then I started again and lost 5 pounds in only 2 weeks. You made me more beautiful. I love you so much

    I remember doing this workout a few years ago and at first, it was not that bad. now doing this in 2018 I realized just how out of shape I have become over the recent years. I was winded over the instructional part. But now I am more dedicated than ever to get my weight down and be active again.

    Looked easy at first. I underestimated it. It was intense.
    I couldn't finish the last 5 mins. Thought I was gonna pass out.
    I haven't worked out in over a year so this is what I get lol. It's a very fun workout.

    I had a baby 8 mths ago and just everything that you do is motivation. From having your baby in her highchair while y'all workout, to working out to different songs like the whip and nae nae and also speaking on how blessed you've been has all made me want to keep pushing. You rock my sista!!!

    Hi Keaira, I am about to start your workouts tomorrow morning, to finish off my sculpting & stamina building. By the end of Spring, I will be a knock out again like I was 20 years ago.... I've been working out, changed my diet, plus for 3 years now. However, I did stop & start again several times. I've lost a little over 70 pounds with about 10 more to go...the belly and inner thigh tough spots. This is why I will achieve my goal with the help of your Dance Ab workout because I believe I can do the moves and build up the stamina with what you are teaching. Thank you!!

    To be honest, I did not think I was going to sweat that much...but I did. You actually end up squatting and moving most of the time so the pain creeps up on you. Great workout! I've done other crazy 500 calorie HIIT cardio workouts, and I felt like this was kind of comparable. LOVE THIS.

    Keaira, I have been following you for a few years now but never had the guts to do one of your workouts until today. This workout was intense but I did the whole thing awkwardly. As awkward and slow as I was, I burned 200 calories. I will stick with this workout coz I know I will be burning more calories as I get comfortable and faster with each move. Thank you so much!!     Since I know Keaira LaShae, I am obssessed with dance workout.. I haven't tried her super hero meal routine (since I love eating) but I always spend around 30 minutes to do her workout for two or three videos (from BeFit channel as well)
    Her tutorials are stunning, super fun, and I love on how she yells at me "Don't you quit!"

    Your classes are the bomb. I was this woman with no rhythm whatsoever. I think I am actually getting decent at dancing at 47 . I work out all the time at these videos make me feel incredible using muscles I don’t use and becoming way more flexible. Thank you!

    This workout has me conflicted. it's good but as a Jamaican, mi did shame. Back in the day mi did bad and able, this morning tho...mi body neva ready! the frog combination had me like, "does this woman hav me doin dancehall burpeees?" Lol it bad! luv ur workouts and i soon get my badness back lol

    The hardest move for me is the Frog jump combo, which is why it's also my favorite. A week ago when I did this dance workout, I couldn't do it at all so I just held the frog part. Today I was able to do it! Wasn't the prettiest thing, but I did it. I know when I completely conquer it, it will be the best feeling ever, which is why it's my favorite.

    I still love this! My fav move is the snake combo. The hardest one for me was the frog... so I alternated doing the frog and sumo squat pulses to keep the intensity. I still felt it! I did this twice and I'm so happy! Thanks for doing this Keaira and Brina K! You girls are the best. I've done Brina's arm workout before and loved it! I really need to challenge my body.. and melt off this extra weight! I'm going to try to do this everyday for the next seven days and will be back to tell if I kept my promise! ;)

      Ended up doing this four times this week! Not as much as I'd planned, but my right heel has been hurting the last couple weeks. Idk why. I think that i might not have enough support in my high heel boots ;( it's worrying

    I tried a dancehall class in London last week for the first time and fell in love with music and the moves, I want to improve my stamina and fitness so I can get good and I LOVE your videos.     Omgoooodnesss!! This was amazing. I finished about 5 minutes ago and my abs are still burning. I love it. I know this was posted a year ago, but still... HARDEST: The frog squats (of course).     Oh, my, my, my!!!! Keaira Lashae. The hardest for me was the frog and then going to the floor. I was determined, the first three or four times I was looking at my laptop screen Oh!! no, Keaira and Brina aren't cutting the fool. I did accomplish getting down to the floor (slowly of course). I have to work harder at it. I truly loved the chicken legs. That's one of my go to dances to get it crump!!!

    I'm just starting my fitness journey to be healthier. Doing this workout showed me just how out of shape I am, I was only able to do it for two rounds I don't have that kind of stamina yet but I feel amazing. Thanks for the dance workout Keaira!!!

    My favorite move is the frog combo because it reminds me of burpees but more fun and less stress!! My most challenging move as the snake gallop.

    Woo that kicked my butt! Frog move was definitely the hardest for me but I got it, and I love the snake move and the leg slap!

    New subbie. This is the best workout video I've seen. Easy to do while working (inbound calls). Although I cant follow step for step, hard to do with a headset and cant take calls out of breath, this has helped to push me out of my slump. The numbers on my scale are decreasing again! Thank you!!

    I absolutely love this workout!!! It's fun and it kicks my butt :). My favorite move was the frog hop and the most challenging move was snake hop. Thank you ladies for working hard and inspiring the masses!

    Seriously you are amazing! you like saved my life tonight! i ate a last meal that set me about 150 cal over my intake and i thought about your videos and sure enough i just finished doing your workout right now at 11:20 pm! you keep me motivated stay AWESOME!!!

    I don't know if I burned the whole 500 calories, but I tried my best and I'm definitely dripping in sweat after this. My favorite move was the chickin leg because it reminded me of the Chicago dance "Bopping", and the hardest move was definitely the frog jump. Thanks for the great workout as always, now on to the belly dancing workout.

    What a great workout out. Couldn't sleep so I decided to workout out with you. AM I glad I did.
    The hardest move for me was the side kicks with the pop in between. That was also my favorite because I can feel my legs burning during that move.
