I couldn't fine my smaller weights, and only had 10 lbs ones. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to do it, but I surprised myself. I can't wait to get stronger! Here's to taking in the positive, and throwing away the negative!

the twists near the end hurt my lower back for a week, thought leaning back was a bit odd for that move and I should have listened to myself. Im back for round two but being more careful this time. Always listen to your body everyone

Just as effective without weights for those who don't have any. Do the moments right & you'll still feel the burn without bulking up from the weights after a while.
Okay I've done the 5 mile walk for the past two days so today I'm going to switch it up. Looking forward to this workout. I might do the 5 miles later ~_~
Day 2 from the 21 Days Challenge. Feeling good ;P I didnt have such heavy weights so I used 2.2lbs haha. Im 16 years old, weigh 112lbs and I am 5.34 feet small and I burned 130 calories so far. Excited for tomorrow :D
This is a wonderful workout,can you the warm up be used as a workout?,chemo treatment has left my body weak,,I was able to get thru the warm up,I love your videos!!,,,

I did it for a week using 10 pounds it works my arms aren’t as jiggly my back feels stronger uma keep going for a month
