Yeah that’s pretty much how I would do it, except for maybe some fresh basil leaves cut up and homemade sauce from canned tomatoes. A high quality cold pressed EVOO goes a long way in flavor.

If anything you could use cooking wine if u can’t buy wine like me lol or tbh u really don’t need the wine it will still taste amazing with out it. I’ve always made it with no wine until I found the cooking wine.
