Jeep compass 2014 , 2L chian tensioner

Been hunting down and no start issue with this engine and I came across some very strange metal pieces in the oil pan extremely thin almost like head gasket material and none of the mechanics at the dealership can place where it might possibly have come from in this engine. HELP😢
