I am a senior in high school this year and started my seventh and last year of running track. In my second meet running the 300m hurdles I kicked down the last one with my lead leg and a couple days after I went to the doctor to find out I broke 4 bones in my foot and tore a ligament. I've been in a boot ever since and have not had the motivation to do any workout. I'm out for the rest of the season because of this injury. This is my second day doing your workouts, and I can't tell you how amazing they are. After my injury all the hard work I did before I just let go. I let my injury take over my life. I love your videos, they not only help me get a good workout in that doesn't hurt my foot, but you are so inspiring and sweet and motivational. I am so glad I found these. A little comment to everyone on here, don't let your injury get the best of you! Come back the best ever :)
Recovering from foot injury, this comment really motivated me today â€
I love you Caroline. I'm almost recovered from a severe broken tibia and fibula. 9 months after. I have to say that you got me motivated in my first rehab months before a second surgery.
Thank you for your motivation and your workouts! â€
Caroline! I have been recovering from a sesamoid injury and it has not been healing well. After months and months of not being able to work out, I was getting pretty down. I am not a heavy workout person, and I don't do anything extreme for exercise. I was feeling pretty down, and then I came across your videos. Well, it turns out that I was never really an upper body or lower body strength kinda gal, as I sort of stuck to the elliptical and that was about it. In doing your workouts (and sweating like crazy!), I realized that this time with my injury has caused me to find new ways to workout amid the trials. And guess what? When this thing heals, I will have a stronger body than ever before and will have learned a new way to build strength, thanks to you. I am grateful to God for you and am encouraged by your video. Thank You!
WOW! I had no idea that there was so much more information about a sesamoid injury! Thank you for sharing this! Were you at all told that you should have surgery? My orthopedic doc said that if the boot doesn't work, then surgery might be best. But isn't PT and orthotics another option, since this type of injury takes so long? I believe I have a fracture of just one of the two bones, but I find out more when I see my doc this week. Sigh, at least I can say that my body is getting stronger in the meantime! Thank you for your help!!!
Dear Caroline, my daughter is a gymnast and has a foot injury. She looked up this video and wanted you to know that she found you inspirational during this hard time of being away from training. The workout is challenging and is helping to keep her positive. She also likes how you talk to the viewer, sympathizing and encouraging. Thank you!
Dear Caroline, thank you! Not only were the exercises great, but your attitude and your gentle push is very likeable, too!
I agree....perfect words 'gentle push'
Thank you so much! I am a runner sidelined with Achilles issues. This was a great video that got me sweating. I loved the core but I especially loved the hip, hamstring & glute exercises. It made me feel like I can keep them strong enough so that when I return to running I won't be starting from ground zero with all of my leg muscles.
One day I will run again - and I will be a much better and fitter runner thanks to Caroline and her hurt foot workouts!
I have a permanent disability that limits what I can do on my feet! All of your hurt foot workouts have helped me feel like me again! Thank you for always being positive and helping me get back to feeling healthy!
you're amazing!!!!
so positive and encouraging. you make being crippled fun ⥠thank you!
This was great, thank you! I love how positive you make this workout!
What a blessing you are, Caroline Jordan! I am less than18 months out of back surgery- added a bit of weight in the 6 months of restrictions- only to get back to normal to sled into a ditch 9 weeks ago - crush my ankle and had a displaced oblique fibula fracture requiring a place and 12 screws- 2 completely thru my ankle. Wish my future look bright but the knee on the "good" leg needs surgery- Mencius tear & baker's cyst that has solidified. So thankful for your one legged videos and positive vibe. It works for me now and it will work for me in the future when I switch legs. I am turning 50 this year! Love - "Movement is a medicine!" Thank you for sharing the exercises, the encouragement and your sweet spirit. I''m just beginning but it feels great - Ughâ€ïž
Love this video. So happy I found these series to do while in a cast.
I love your positive attitude and how you coach the viewer through staying positive!! Thank-you!
Great routine, thank you.
Hi there! My name is Stormy and I messed my foot up pretty good motorcycle riding on some dirt trails. Came up over a hill and hit the break too hard. Bike landed on my foot and so here I am! Your exercise videos have been amazing and a saving grace for being down after the injury and my active lifestyle. Can't thank you enough!
Turned my ankle while hiking and kept re injuring it bc I didn't give it enough time to heal. During COVID, walking / hiking was my saving grace. I have never liked virtual workouts from home... until now. Thank you not only for the great routines, but also for the positive attitude. Healing strong.

Caroline, I broke a bone in my foot (cuboid bone) when I feel jogging three weeks ago...of course I was super bummed out that whole weekend but I KNEW there was something/someone out there who could help me, and that was YOU!
Fast forward.....I have been doing your videos for three weeks now as I work through my recovery...and I feel stronger in a new way now. THANK YOU!!! I been telling everyone about you and how you make me feel happy and positive and I have been getting a GREAT workout with you. Thanks so much for being here for me girl
Awww, you are THE BEST! I will be sure to. Thank you Caroline :)
Dear Caroline,
Your videos are wonderful! I've been injured for a couple of months and had to stop doing so many things that I love, like salsa dancing, running, or just going to the Gym to do some leg workout. And you know these are activities I usually do with my friends so I have been pretty down and eating very unhealthy lately but your videos are so challenging, and you are so encouraging and have such a great attitude towards injuries that you make me want to try and workout again. Thank you so much for giving me another stress relieving activity that I'll probably continue doing even after I'm healed. My abs, glutes, shoulders and arms are burning again and I love it ! thank you thank you thank you !
Great workout! It has been hard to get creative with my injury - great ideas! Thank you!
I had reconstructive foot surgery two weeks ago and my foot is in a knee high cast, I have been loosing my mind! I am an elite swimmer and still swim for fitness as well as cycling Pilates and generally lead a very active life style, I had been doing some of my own floor excercises, then I found your video today, I LOVE it! You are so sweet and positive, the whole video just makes me smile, I will be doing it everyday for the next 7 weeks! I would love to see you do one also focusing on the upper body whilst injured! The other thing that makes your video stand out from the others is your sincerity and knowledge of these excercises, I normally do Pilates classes and you are spot on with the excercises and your prompts on form, bravo! And Thank you!
Wow! Thank you so much - I feel great :) I will be checking out your other videos while I recover from a sprained ankle in the midst of training for a 50 mile ultramarathon! I love your positivity and enthusiasm too - made me smile while sweating!!
So helpful, thank you!

these videos are so fantastic bc you genuinely understand what can and can't be don't with an ankle injury. a lot of videos I've found don't.
This was so so so good!! I fee like I came out of the darkness and into the light!! God bless you and your work!!
I have suspected torn ligaments and tendons in my ankle I refused a scan as hospital is not the best place to visit during lockdown. I was told to rest but 3 1/2 weeks in I am so fed up at not being able to walk very far let alone exercise. So I googled how to workout with an ankle injury and your video came up itâs an absolute godsend đđ» there are parts that I am unable to do but on the whole it is actually better than standing and weight bearing day to day. I have done them everyday for four days and I feel invigorated as I gain strength back in my muscles (because boy it doesnât take long to lose it) ... I plan to do it twice a day ... it really has spurred me on thank you so much Caroline đ
Thank you very much this video helps me si much
Ur videos saved my body! I had a foot surgery and I used to do all ur 3 hurt foot videos three times a week. my body is transformed ! I cannot thank you enough . My core is insanely stronger . I started by the first video and every 2 weeks I added another one to my workout đȘđœđȘđœ
Tku loved it good job!
I enjoyed your spirit and the work out. I am encouraged!
Caroline-- Your ankle injury workout videos have helped me so much! As a runner, it was pretty devastating to have to suddenly stop running due to an ankle sprain, but your workouts, encouragement, and sharing of your own injury experiences have made me feel so much better, and put me on the road for a strong recovery. Thank you!
Dear Caroline, Thanks a lot for this AWESOME video â€ïž i am a crossfitter and an ocr runner and about 6 weeks ago I broke my ankle . I'm out of the cast since two weeks and I am slowly starting putting preasure on my foot. Your videos were a great crossfit replacement for me through the whole healing process and they will still be until I'll be back on track with my crossfit and running routine . Thanks a lot once again !!!
Words aren't enough to thank you.
I broke my foot on Monday, first thing i did was Google broken foot workout because i exercise daily and was so worried about how i would be able to do that! Thank you so much for making these videos to keep me on track for the next couple months!!!
@Sarah, I did the same thing. Broke my toe yesterday and have finally started losing weight and didn't want to lose momentum. Glad I found these workouts.
Thank you thankful! . I plan to share !
Thank you very much! your injured foot workout really helped me stay in shape!
Caroline you are getting me through my injury of three fractured metatarsalâs and I feel stronger and better every day so glad I found you !
I share you often with friends thanks for your cheerful attitude youâre such a blessing!
Thank you thank you for getting me moving ! Love your positive attitude to keep me in the right mindset when feeling frustrated.
You are so welcome!
Caroline, I found your videos after searching for workouts that you can still do with a foot injury. I used to be in great shape, lean, athletic, and then chronic illness came out of nowhere leading to being mostly bed bound. I fought through it, still have symptoms but are now manageable, got back in shape, got married, had a baby, and I find myself struggling to lose the weight I put on while pregnant, since I had severe hyperemesis, oddly the only thing that helped was keeping food in my stomach (which of course packed on the pounds). Now Iâm the mother of a beautiful little girl, no more hyperemesis, but I have more weight on me than I have ever had in my life. A month ago I finally got on the elliptical, only to find out two days later that the pain I was beginning to experience in my left foot was a soft tissue injury, and I can barely put weight on it. I had been so distraught and feeling completely defeated, thinking Iâll never get back to feeling like myself again. I came across your videos, and oh my gosh, not only do you have great workouts to do with a foot injury, but you are so positive and uplifting and I wish I could think of more words to tell you how great your encouragement makes me feel! I want you to know what a huge impact you have, no doubt not only on me, but everyone who has the privilege to watch your videos. Thank you so much for what you do. It means the world and then some. And because Iâm a new mom, Iâm tearing up because Iâm just so grateful there are people like you in this world. Now that Iâve written my comment that is basically a novel I will sign off, thank you so much for what you do. Sending good vibes back to you!
Wonderful
Thank you for another great workout!
