I know how painful it is for being sleepless. I'm a person who sleeps very hard. Until later, try to take a warm shower before going to bed, make the room dark, and finally find the sound of the atmosphere to lull to sleep. Which for me is very helpful it prevented me from thinking to much and falling asleep. So I started by listening to it and remembering what kind of sound I liked. Until now, I started make clips by myself. In hopes of helping others. Let's open up and listen. I wish you a good night to wake up ready to begin a new life.

Tips on how i go to sleep in 5mins everyday since past 3 years -
1) Sleep on your stomach with one leg folded ( basically how 90% of human prefers to sleep)
2) start imagining a romantic scenario in your head and don't you dare open your eyes
