    I know how painful it is for being sleepless. I'm a person who sleeps very hard. Until later, try to take a warm shower before going to bed, make the room dark, and finally find the sound of the atmosphere to lull to sleep. Which for me is very helpful it prevented me from thinking to much and falling asleep. So I started by listening to it and remembering what kind of sound I liked. Until now, I started make clips by myself. In hopes of helping others. Let's open up and listen. I wish you a good night to wake up ready to begin a new life.

      From information gathered, one must make sure the body is hydrated by drinking clean, pure water. Dehydration causes the blood to thicken and can mimic hypoglycemia, causing headaches, tiredness and fainting spells.
      If your occupation involves using a VDU (Visual Display Unit e.g a computer device), try and take frequent breaks even if it means looking away from the screen for sometime, i believe.

    Tips on how i go to sleep in 5mins everyday since past 3 years -
    1) Sleep on your stomach with one leg folded ( basically how 90% of human prefers to sleep)
    2) start imagining a romantic scenario in your head and don't you dare open your eyes

    Corona virus doesnt make me sleep at all. WHENEVER I TRY TO SLEEP MY BRAIN BE LIKE "ay dude you're awake" 5 seconds after "dude sleep" and it keeps repeating that cycle
