  • How to Heal Yourself with Reflexology. In case you’re that type of person who runs to the pharmacy and grabs pills, ointment, syrup, or drops to feel better whenever you feel even slightly sick, there’s an alternative for you. It's a known fact that while meds do help get rid of a current health problem, they can also have nasty side effects and do serious damage to your internal organs. If you want to stay healthy without paying much money for medications, try using pressure points on your body for your treatment.
If you haven’t heard of reflexology before, it basically involves applying pressure to certain points on your body to cure different health problems. Reflexology can effectively relieve pain, help with insomnia, and get rid of headaches and even nausea.

    SUMMARY
-One of the most effective pressure points to get rid of a headache is the "Third Eye Pressure Point". It's situated right above the bridge of your nose between your eyebrows.
-Position your index fingers near the edges of your nostrils so that you can feel your cheekbones. Massage these points for 2 or 3 minutes to get rid of nasal congestion.
-Massage the pressure point situated in the little dip between your upper lip and nose for a couple of minutes until you feel that you're ready to function again.
-There are several pressure points that are effective at getting rid of back pain. One of them can be found on your palm between your thumb and index finger. Use the thumb and index finger of your other hand to massage this spot for 15 seconds.
-Sit back in your chair and feel for two small symmetrical indentations where your neck meets your skull. Use the pads of your middle fingers to massage the pressure points clockwise for about 5 minutes to relieve stress.
-Try massaging the place found on the fleshy pad between your index finger and thumb on its highest point. Do this for several minutes until you feel some relief from your toothache.
-The main pressure point you should locate to stop feeling nauseous is situated near your wrist on your inner arm.
-If you bend your fingers, it’s the place on your pam where the tip of your middle finger ends up. Massage this pressure point in counterclockwise circular motions to slow down a rapid heartbeat.
-You absolutely can apply pressure to particular points on your body to rid yourself of several unwanted pounds. Position your fingers on both sides of your jaw and close and open your mouth several times. You need the point where most of the movement happens.
-To cure insomnia, you can start with the “Spirit Gate” point. It’s located in the hollow space on the crease of your wrist directly below your pinkie.

It is called earthing or grounding. By putting bare feet on the ground, you will get negative electrons from the earth, which we evolved over 100 millennia to help cells regulate themselves. Our ancestors slept on the ground and walked on bare feet or leather, which is conducive. It resolves inflammation. Watch the earthing movie by Clint Ober, who figured all this out.

      Top 3 consequences THUS FAR:
      (1) Broken foot - didn't feel a thing but my foot feels weird now
      (2) Dislocated toe - most painful
      (3) Almost torn toe tendon - oh boy did this sting
-- Honorable mention: Tear half of small toe off, though since it was my small toe it was easy to put it back together docs said
Ok im not actually serious. I mean these happened but broken foot happened when i was newborn and they treated immediately so almost no ill effects, my toe popped back in after nudging it, i was desperate because it hurt soooo much, tendon tear was when i did a long jump, landed on my big toe at an angle and bent it under my foot lol. My honorable mention was the only one that happen cuz of furniture.

For relief of miner headaches and dizziness. There is also a pressure point at the front of the pallet, in the mouth. Begin by finding the center of the thumb, place the center of the thumb on the pallet. Hold it there till the pulse can be felt. The right thumb responds to the left side of the head, and vice-versa with the left hand.

Which I am very sensitive to, they just literally knock me out!!! Unless I take a very small amount, but then they not affective , and even a small amount, makes me stumble and fall, didn’t use to be that way, but as I get older, ( I’m in my early 60s, ) I’m noticing that I’m not the young Chicken I once was!!😁

I've heard about reflexology about 2 decades ago and never heard anything more about it. I'm glad that it's still 'alive'!

I'm actually booked for reflexology/reiki session tomorrow (aug 15/18) I love love love it and it works!! Our bodies are truly incredible if we tap into the energy and pressure points...Louise Hay is also a vital person in relation to the spiritual cause of physical malady... we are mind, body, spirit ... they are ALL connected ... although I do use medications if I need to, and I am also a health care provider, I don't subscribe to the ideals necessarily to all Westernized medicine... it is an acute care society focusing on dis-ease rather than prevention and health promotion ... it's a big money grabber and westernized medicine keeps people sick... 🙏🏻

I completely agree with you! I would love to get more into reiki and just eastern philosophies in general. I'm very much into gratitude and the law of attraction. Any tips on articles or videos that u enjoy for someone a bit newer to reiki healing, ect?

As a medic I met two people who told me they had pubs and needles in the palm of their hands and because they were married I asked them if they used their hands to do something manually ( such as a tool ) and they said no, but they remembered three days before they tried this ' experiment. The husband pressed very hard and the wife, not so hard.
What to do ? I examined their neurological reflexes are and concluded that both had neuropathy. Ironically, neither of them ever had neurological problems in all their lives.
It took two weeks before they " recovered ', the husband still had a " few pins and needles ".
Please, be careful as the palm of the hand can be very sensitive to extreme pressure.....particularly near the thumb. The handle of a hammer, for example, should be evenly distributed but a small item such as a round coin which is deliberately pressed can cause damage to muscles, tendons and/or nerves.
    Thanks.

I had effectively used reflexology to temporarily heal lumber disc ovality (partly out of the spinal column) by pressing on the painful muscles near the spine with the fleshy part of the thumbs for 2-3 minutes.

Jarred Martin clearly his far from a master and probably goes to work wearing a garbage outfit underneath and removes his guru robes to get into a dumptruck and get the bins, but he tells you he raked people all day, with a sharp reiki rake of bamboo, it’s a trick

I was taught by a little old lady that could cure anything seemed like and she live till 97 yrs old. If you do it right and consistently it will work.
Especially the one where if you have a bad headache or migraine, use your index finger and thumb on the fatty part of your other index finger and thumb , all the way up into the V part put as strong as you can stand pressure there for a few min 5-7ish and breath deep and you will notice your headache will be gone.
    Good health to you .

If the migraine is already going on- and making you sick- this works QUICKER-- put some vinegar on a rag and hold that to your forehead... it will feel very warm- and as soon as that warmth goes away- so will the headache...
