Introducing the De-palletizer 600 - The ultimate solution for efficient and gentle handling of egg trays.
With a capacity of up to 600 cases/hour (216,000 eggs/hour), this machine can handle egg trays, interlayers and pallets with ease.
The advanced vision guidance system is able to recognize and compensate for pallet misalignment up to 100 mm, making the process smooth and efficient.
The De-palletizer can be installed upstream of any loader solution and is equipped to pick up four tray stacks at a time, loading them onto a conveyor.
As seen in the video the De-Palletizer 600 can even be connected to a pallet and interlayer washer. Furthermore, it also comes with a washdown feature making sure that your facility keeps up the sanitary standards
