Egg Grader - An Egg Grading Plant - SANOVO

Egg grading process from start to finish.
This egg packing and grading station handles around 1.5 million eggs a day on the SANOVO GraderPro 600.
Next to the egg grader, this facility decided to automate parts of its operations with automated de-palletizing and cargo palletizing, as well as in-line tray washing and pallet washing.
Off-grade eggs are led to an egg breaker and further processed into liquid eggs and egg powder.
