@James ok sorry 😅
Listening comprehension skills can be developed.
Daniel asked, "I'm sure you'd at times be getting questions regarding are you natural/do you take steroids?" and Austin replied, "All the time".

Wow, great video.
Excellent conversation.
Both Daniel and Austin had some awesome information.
This video was even better than I thought it would be.
Thank you guys very much!
28:00 very true. Basically our legs were already designed to hold our bodyweight with ease, in a variety of scenarios. Our arms and upper bodies, not as much, which is why calisthenics really pushes the upper body to the max.
This is, why I first took up calisthenics. My legs have always been well developed (lots of bicycle-riding when I was a kid😉), but my upper body didn't match it no matter what weight training I did for years. Frustrated, and not enjoying "leg days", I began cali and my upper body is catching up with my lower.
Thank you Daniel! I love this series. Any chance you will get to hang out with the Kavadlo brothers?
2 of my fave people! great to see you together
GANG!
Legend👍😁😁😁
You've made it if your a bloke in little Australia and Stipke is watching your videos
Enjoyed the interview. Good questions and topics.
Thank you.
Awesome vid. Loved hearing from two beasts of calisthenics! Really motivating me to keep at my journey and knowing that hard work pays off!
Great video! Really enjoyed the interview and learned a bunch of good stuff.
thank you for this Austin and Daniel
Really enjoying this long-form content you're releasing. Cheers Daniel!
That was a very enjoyable video by two fitness people that I greatly respect. I came away feeling even better about you both. Thanks for this and please do it again sometime. Cheers!
If it is possible for a video with Jeff Cav.. from Athlean-X that would be tres magnifique
Hell NO!!! Jeff Cav would probably say everything these guys have done "are killing their gains" PLEASE NO!!!
I wanna collaboration with Street Workout Prodigy Michael Vazquez, now that would be badass!!!
Saidi Mlewa Does Jeff C. take steroids?
poolahpot no
@@poolahpot not to my knowledge and going by what he stands for I highly doubt it. If you look at him his body is attainable with a good diet and consistent work.
Saidi Mlewa That is great to hear because i would really like to start his program(i am female so of course the female version)
two of my favorites. I hope one day you guys come to New York
i love what Im Hearing and learning from you Guys...I just Embarked In This Calisthenics journey this june 2021 and subscribed in this channel 2 weeks a go if Im not mistaken...and will follow your advise and tips...i did not upload any clips yet but i will soon ..thank you so much
So, Austin, what about those calves?
What calves? more like pencil legs lol
@@aceplayys7847 Well lets see your calves then.
@@snapbaach if austins are pencil calves safe to say mine are spaghetti 😭
@@aceplayys7847 Rather rice sticks?
That's genetic. Even if his thighs were as big as his waist the calves wont grow too big. Look at sprinters calves
Both are my favorite and I'm happy to see them together
2 of my favorite calisthenics youtubers, im glad you two get along so well! Please do more co-videos, i'd thorougly enjoy it, and i think many others would too.
Have a good day to the both of you! // Viggo

Daniel is in the States! Nice video, I’m really liking this series of interviews thus far. Hope to see ya in Denver sometime changing lives.
Please make video on muscleup
How to get your first muscleup🤗
Love content... Real motivating...
That was really good to hear the handstand ballpark time period. I really needed to know that as I'm beginning with it the last few weeks.
Great information. Thank you very much gentlemen.
Los 2 son una gran motivación para mi, gracias bro.
Full range calve raises on stairs/steps or any surface are briliant :D
Doing theese baley dancers based exercise for series some time ago I coped with my "geneticaly bad", "heroin addict looking" calves - seriously :)
smh daniel i never thought you'd be a sell out with your product placement of dihydrogen monoxide on the table. I'll never take that supplement
😂😂💀💀
You got me there lol😂😂😂
Drinking water is killing your gains 😂
Legends! Great info.
I'm in love with their deep voices 😍
Love this content 💪
Going STRAIGHT into my library. @32:50 was the answer to my biggest question. Which was what order should I be training in? So AD trains: Warmups/Skills/Strength/Hypertrophy/Cardio (sometimes)
Nice seeing it work out well for you guys.
39:00 cheesy fitness faqs smile. Love it.💪
Love your work man

16:20 Wow Daniel goes hard with his motivation.
I decided to put down the ego and train with my bodyweight. Over the past few months I’ve never felt so much stronger.
why did u have to put down ego;?
Great video man as always
This was a fantastic video! Thanks guys all of the info you spread! I'm really thankful for both of you!
Thank you.
Buen trabajo. Muy interesante. Gracias Daniel. Gracias Austin.
Thanks fitnessFAQS & Austin , for sharing , some of your expertise & knowledge, always appreciate, both of you, on your videos.
Great work and advice
Lots of good info 👍🏻.
Amazing video! Good job both of you! ♥️♥️
I agree with the strength training principles applying well to bodyweight training but I feel strongly that it should only be used when you start working on the very difficult skills. Specifically if you're training pushups, dips and pullups as a beginner you should try to work on getting the form down tight then work your reps up from there. Then once you start moving onto specific calisthenics skills like planches or levers and any other strength intensive skill calisthenics encompasses, you can move onto the strength training principles of lower reps and maximum effort. Just my two cents.
Omg i love everything about daniel ♡ i love austina too
Where are you two training in the video? I'm LA-based and would love to check it out.
What’s up Dan. I’ve been watching your videos for a while now & First time comment. I’m trying your muscle up on rings routine & I only can do two. Very long way way to go. 🙏🏾 bro great content Dan. 🤙🏾😁👍🏾
Hey I love your vids, can you make a video of Andrea Larosa if he is natty?
Thank you! Excellent video. I'm struggling with learning the planche! I'm 62 5' 10" 200. I can do 5-10 dragon flags. My goal is a planche!
Bro, do you work on posture? You sit so upright? Do you work on that. I get really bad when I'm doing a lot of office work etc
Amazing video idea
39:20 sweaty handshake😂😂😂😂 lmao😂😂😂

i trained wights for years , started calisthenic for 1 year , tried lifting wieghts again , i lost 10 Kg , my deadlift now is better lifting 255 pounds , but my bench press and squat decreased but not by much only 20-30 pounds , i lost mass but not strength
H T if you continued lifting weights for a year and also implemented cardio, you potentially could have lost 10kg and improved your strength.
Really appreciate you guy and the video. Great collaboration!
Greater crossover than avengers !
Hi Daniel what is the name of the watch you are wearing? Great vid!
8:33 I'm at that level of bodyfat whether I train or not, and no matter what I eat (now feeling energetic and healthy is another story)
this is an amazing video! thanks for the motivation!
I have been waiting for this collaboration for the longest time thank you gents
@FitnessFAQs I'm curious if saggy skin is avoidable using calisthenics, if 45lbs overweight. I'm 6ft1, currently 210lbs. Was 165lbs 1.5 years ago.
Great video
bro love
Daniel Vadnal I am so thankful and grateful to you as this made me start my calisthenics journey 3years ago. I would like to know if you have any calisthenics programs similar to body evolution. Please if you could get back
Daniel Vadnal you are my role model aesthetically being that I'm a bit taller than most CZcams fitness icons. I wish I had your genetics. Keep being awesome as you are, sir.
seeing this in a huge delay but great podcast
