It's a very easy and very flexible way to eat frkm scratch and get full and enjoy it. Also a great way to sneak a lot of some type of salad greens into the meal if you don't like it too much otherwise

That's amazing, but did you know air frying is actually not so healthy it's pretty bad for you, actually, just like microwaves 😅 thought I would let you know maybe look in to it
@@sadiyasaleh233 I cook a family recipe includes almost 3lbs onions. Once I started chopping the onions first and I can’t forget the smell. I will try to keep them in a sealed box as seen on the video.
