1996-2001 Ford Ranger 2.5 Valve Cover Gasket Part 1

In this video we get stuff out of the way so we can get the valve cover off our 2.5 in our 01 Ranger. It’s been leaking as I explain in the video and I don’t want my truck to burn down. Stay tuned for Part 2!

I hate you for not show us how to get that cover out. I know how to take bolts out but I’m not a damn magician like yourself

The valve cover is easy to get out, the only issue is it gets caught between the camshaft bearing caps and the firewall on the back, only way around that is to somehow pull the the engine forward 1/2 inch.. next time I have to do a valve cover I’ll film the whole process including the pain it is to get it off the back.
