Buenos dias, os escribo por aqui para dar a conocer un problema que tienen todos los modelos de c845, haber si podeis hacer llegar este fallo a los que se encargan de sacar nuevos firmwares.
En las imagenes en negro, ya sea en videos demos para oleds por ejemplo.
Los pixeles que son en negro puro nunca se apagan. La principal ventaja de la tecnologia mini led es poder apagar los leds de las zonas negras pero este modelo no lo hace.
Como comprenderan se pierde la mayor ventaja de esta tecnologia. Estoy seguro que es por un mal ajuste y que con firmware se puede solucionar.

Nice Detailed Review...Good TV with great hardware and software Specs...but TCL screen is not very bright the Nits needs to be more to give brighter picture and contrast....No matter how good is your hardware and software if your panel is not good it wont show good results

@@NeelsWorld Specs of this TV is very good it has all features but the screen panel is a bit Dimm not so bright the Nits....but 55 inch is more brighter panel compared to 43 and 50 inch

It's getting slow after some month and software has to many bugs when you run app like Netflix, jio cinema they are getting close and restart.. Software is not up to the mark
The main issue is the service. Very bad they don't reply and one of my friends purchased a brand new tv and dead on the first day they sent him a refurbished tv

C645 is better bc it's a newer version of the C635 itself. The 55inch version has 120hz even without game acceleration

TCL does not honor warranties even when dead out of the box. I am an integrator and tried them fr a bar. I ordered 19 of them and 3 were dead out of the box. I'm going back to Sony or I won't work with the customer. 37 hours on the phone with them. State's attorney is involved.
