After 6 months of use, I personally do not recommend this motorcycle for first-time female rider.

You can say that. But I will not recommend this brand to riders like me. Their after sales service is poor. Nahihirapan akong makakuha ng genuine parts. If that kind of service will continue it will greatly affect to my business as a store owner/delivery rider.

@@youtubeaccountediwow2898 O baka you are referring to the service of TVS itself. In my case, staff of Wheeltek here in my area are nice naman, they may not be perfect, but they are very easy to approach kapag may problema ako sa motor ko. Talagang mahirap lang makakuha ng pyesa from TVS mismo. So TVS lang talaga ang problema ko dito. Hehe... The iCare is managed by the staff of TVS, not Wheeltek. I have already raised this concern sa country manager nila. I told him na baka kailangan nilang magdagdag ng tao dahil hindi na nila ma-handle lahat ng tawag ng customers. But I guess, hanggang ngayon hindi niya ako pinapakinggan. So goodbye TVS na ito. I will never buy another unit from them. At yung motovlogger friend nila na hindi naman daw empleyado ng TVS pero nagmamarket ng produkto nila dito sa YT, grabe kung ipagtanggol niya ang TVS. Lesson learned: Don't believe to a famous motovlogger who can only say good things about a product. Lahat naman kasi yan may cons. Walang motor na perpekto. We all have biases, but a person with dignity will say both the good and bad things about a product.
If I may compare this motovlogger to some TVS employees I have talk to, TVS employees are humble. I find this motovlogger arrogant. TVS employees say sorry if there's something wrong with their service. So baka palpak lang ang management ng country manager na ito. Sayang, gustong-gusto ko pa naman ang concept ng mga motor nila. But never again.
