Is there any trouble registering these units at the LTO in Pila? and are they allowed for use in Laguna, I've heard that you could be stopped and ticketed. I don't see too many of these units in our area around Pila.

Definatly wouldnt buy one not allowed on national highways certinally a few will sell but wont be the norm for tricacles in the phillipines tge drivers wouldnt be able to afford I've had motorbikes all my life and I dont think these are a safe option at all as I was looking to get 1 but no protection can be thrown out easily and dont like the gear change useing urr left hand I had a vespa 50 years ago and hated it as gear cables strech I know stronger ones today but I still hate the idea for me to even think of getting one would need to be a bit stronger espically in the front
