Actually you can locally. But you can't online just like you can't in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Now please do also voice your disappointment towards the best-selling title on Nintendo Switch.

Please Nintendo.....make 4v4 online. It's literally what everyone bought the game for. I cannot believe this feature was not your highest priority in an age where online gaming is everything.
And by 4 I mean four separate players on four separate consoles. I honestly regret buying this game now.
Yup I mostly just play solo but I want it to be 1 player per character, its crap its only in pairs in online quick game, it really sucks bigtime. Well lets just see when the strikers cup goes online.

Got it today from preorder. Played my first match online and won 4-3. It was going to be 4-2 but the other guy playing got a goal at the last second making the difference shorter. Was exciting not going to lie.

You NEED to allow us to play with 4 players on 4 different switches console for online club play. Makes no sense to me that this isnt possible right now. Litteraly the most important thing
Yea otherwise, this club thing wouldnt make sense. It's funny how a soccer game from switch sports can connect with 8 different switch consoles and play online but this game cant

My Conclusion after playing the first Day,
-4 vs 4 Should be Possible without "2 Groups of Coop"
- If P2P is necessary, there should be a system to filter people with bad connections in a separate area instead of crashing the game.. for everyone.
Been excited to play with 3 other friends but turns out I can only play with one friend
Nintendo don't know how online/multiplayer with friends works, all of their games with online has something in it a feature that all normal people of the human civilization that played/plays an online game would normally expect, but its just not there.🤷♂️
I didn't know you couldn't have 4 people on the same team. The clubs make it seem like that was the whole goal.
I haven't played against anyone with a crap connection yet though.
@@allmightygir4865 u can have 4 players in team, but it requires 2 people per switch, so like Splitscreen. But u can't play with 4 people in a team everyone at-home with their own switch

It's fun, but not even near this rating. It's more like a 5.5/10. If we compare it to other games. It's nice for 30-60 minutes of fun with friends on a saturday night

The 2 characters I use the most (Wario and Toad) got the first 2 Strikes of the week. Cool. :)
I hope they’re quick with updates, or at least add more unlockables to give a reason for single player. Haven’t bought it yet but assuming online isn’t the greatest (it’s Nintendo) it’d still be fun to play co op single player if the single player story had more content or a reason to play challenging difficulties… even skins as a reward would be nice
Have played several online matches, it plays very well though it depends on the other users' Internet Connection quality/speed.
@@BenjaMan64 hey that’s actually great news. I had next to zero expectations but I guess tennis aces was pretty solid online too. I still wish there were more unlockables 😭

It's really those 4v4, 2v2 games that really show connectivity loss. Wager more on the 1v1s and I doubt you'd see much lag or delay
@@epiclight858 Yeah, more people put a strain on the connection. One on One is your best bet and even then just don't have bad internet.

Week 2? Just came out today. A little complex and repetitious. Definitely should have much more content from the get go, but it is fun though. I was wanting the golf, but not 100% sure yet.

That's basically what every Mario Sports game has been like lately. Great gameplay, but not enough to do. There's usually just the main mode, an extra type of battle mode and a very basic "story mode" with no extra side challenges or modes. A far cry from the Wii and GameCube days.

The V formation 🤩🤩
The gameplay is great but that's about it. After winning the Singleplayer tournaments and playing a few matches online there's no incentive to play this game at this point. It lacks variation also. I just hope Nindento delivers major updates as this could be a great game.

Would be awesome if Nintendo decided to release this game as a finished product. Only 10 characters is pathetic enough, but even the fields are only for visuals as they don’t interact or affect the gameplay at all. Not to mention completely dropping the ball where you can’t play 4v4 online and are stuck with essentially 2 AI’s at all times, which do absolutely nothing at all times

They SERIOUSLY need to increase the amount of tokens you get in Strikers club. 100 per win when the cheapest item is 1000, and the themes being 10000 is a JOKE.

I love the game, but oh my God, DLC is bonus content, not the rest of the game.
Boom Boom as a goalie has made me lose my sanity on how bad he is. Kritter puts his life on the line as goalie and will always be the goat the strikers series.
