No Daisy, no MONEY for YOU
It is an honor for the first ever Strike of the Week be Wario's iconic toss from the Wario Land games. Speaking of which, glad Warioware is back and hopefully his friends/employees gets to be in Mario spin-offs as well as seeing Wario Land getting new games with those characters coming back as well like Captain Syrup, Princess Shokora, Queen Meralda and the Shake King to name a few.
I’m going to be optimistic about some of the WarioWare characters being added to the game like Mona, Jimmy T, Young Cricket, and Dr. Crygor.
Yeah now would be a perfect time for a new Wario Land title!

I just beat warioware the other day, loved that game, used to play the wii warioware so much when I was a kid, this one was a good nostalgic play through
Wishful thinking. The Problem is, that Nintendo has so many Plattformer IPs, that it's getting harder to find ideas for every single one of them. Wario has his "Warioware" Games, because Nintendo focusing on other IPs to make Plattformer (Yoshi, Mario, Kirby, Maybeeeee DKC, that's another question).
So if this goes on, i think more and more of the characters getting there own Game, like Luigi has his Luigi's Mansion. Toad has is Treasure Tracker(if Nintendo ever will make another one) and DK has besides the great DKC Games, way more spinoff Games. And even Yoshi seems to go the "Artstyle" Way, where everything is made out of toy, paper, furr, yarn ect.
Don't get me wrong, i also would like to see another Wario Plattformer, but it's not really realistic right now.
Super excited for this game, it's been too long since we've had a Strikers game

This game scene looks so calm compared to what I experienced playing online. There were items everywhere and I was fouled every time 😂😂
Was absolutely chaotic lol. I could barely keep track of the ball half the time.

i actually flat out won with a hyper strike after the timer hit 0 because if the meter is still going when the timer hits 0 *it counts*

Had some good games today in first kick, at first it's just manic but then starting to think about when to tackle, use an item, dodge, etc opens up a lot of tactical play. The only annoyance I found was that I had 2 or 3 clear tackles on people starting to do hyper strikes and even though I took them out before the second stage the strike still happened.

Im glad I saw this as a reminder that it's almost out. I have been waiting for it since it was announced but it was so far out that I had forgotten when the release date was. This is a day 1 purchase for me now that I know its almost here. Just a few more days.
Showed this on the GameCube to my niece last week. Still fun as all heck. Definitely picking this one up.
Rather play the one on the gamecube with your niece. This game here is way to hard and the controls are overloaded

I played the Demo and I'm super excited to play this game for hours! My cousins pre-ordered me this game on my bday a few days ago and it's going to be fun to play a new game right at release

honestly why does nintendo always make their games more simple compared to the old ones. the original Mario strikers had a bigger stage than this and that made it more fun. please just keep the game the same.

Nintendo masking the fact they didn't finish the game in time, so they finish it with updates that slowly get added at such a pace at least 50% of launch day players have already left by the time of the last update.
It is really annoying. Yeah, the core game is there, but there's not much else to add to it so it gets boring.

I'm begging Nintendo and Next Level now after playing the demo to add a small adjustment to the controls. Please add a CLASSIC control setting where ZL is a modifier for Lob pass instead of using Y and make Y the button for free pass which can be used alone or with ZL for a free lob pass. Having L as lob is ingrained in my brain from the original strikers.
Just change the button mapping
God I wish they would give us the classic controls! Bro, I have to fight a decade+ of muscle memory from the Original Gamecube to learn the controls.
@@notthatthenamematters6163 I can do that to switch A and B shooting and passing, but my main gripe is with having ZL as the free pass modifier. I would rather ZL be the lob pass modifier and have Y be a seperate free pass button. ie press ZL + B for lob pass and ZL + Y for Lob free pass

what's the point of not allowing 8 consoles for online mode?? The idea of switching between 4 characters in a 2v2 mode really ruins the game, which made the match chaotic. After playing the online test, I no longer care about the amount of characters as there are much more aspects needed to be improved.
I played online during the hour slot they opened it last night, and every single one of my teammates I matched with online just refused to pass the ball… I gave up after a 1-0 loss with the passing differential between teams being 40 to 4 hahah
@@PGBbuckeye yup, some people seldom cooperate, they keep dribbling until they lose the ball. Fortunately there will be 1v1 mode in full version, hope these guys enjoy themselves in that mode. Although this is more like a fighting game, I want to partner to victory like football, if everyone can focus on controlling one character, more ppl will be attracted to play.

The fact that they didn't add Daisy as one of the starting characters kind of feel like a heresy to me. The first two Strikers games are what defined Daisy as a character, not adding her in would be like not adding Captain Falcon in Smash.

I don't wine about how many characters it has any ways on the previous games I only chosed one character and the game was fun. This franchise brings me good memories. Can't wait to buy this game 🙌🏻

@@akesan2374 if you charged the ball by passing it either in the air or on the ground you could shoot the ball harder and the keeper. This meant more stakes, more to focus on and makes it harder to win.

Its ok, played it for a while yesterday during the trial.
Only thing I miss is the goalie man in the old school games they wil dice an b soo hard to score n this they got the goalie kick instead of diving or there’s times during the online beta I curve a shot n goalie gets scored easily cause of the animation
