That was actually helpful watching that rain bird video. I started up for the season and one of the valves was stuck on. After seeing how it worked I manually opened the valve to purge it and then it was able to turn off

The voltage is actually around 21 volts alternating current so it could probably tickle your tongue 🤪

It depends on the AC voltage delivered to your home. Ours is a bit higher, so the voltage at my sprinkler solenoids is around 26 volts.
