I had the same skin texture that you mentioned. I used Adapco gel. It worked so well. Highly recommended and also I am using Niacinamide now a days and it's perfect for this type of skin. I can't tell you how my skin looks like now. Now I will try Azelaic acid too.

Where to get Adapco gel from?
@aniqaarshad5317 pharmacy. It has adapalene, which is a retinoid. BUT you should search more on it before you begin. Because retinoids are not to be used when you're pregnant or planning.

Your channel is the first channel I came across where a Pakistani is giving away such information about cosmetics and products who is also a professional n not a influencer... can you guide what kind of soap base n shampoo base should we use if we want to customise our soap n shampoo with herbal ingredients by our self n not be bound to buy ones with unwanted or unnecessary ingredients. Like Melt n pour or goat milk soap or shampoo base etc. What is authentic brand if any for such raw material plz
If you can' t get your hands on the azelaic acid by The Ordinary or don' t want to begin with 20% Azelaic acid as in Skinoren cream, I have found an affordable 15% Azelaic acid product. It' s Acnoren 15% Azelaic Acid Gel.
Azelaic Acid is very mild, you can start with a higher percentage.
I have sensitive skin and I started azelaic acid 20%. It's not irritating
I just gave an option y'all. Starting slow is always better, azelaic acid can be irritating too. Good for you if you were fine with beginning with 20%. There are other people like me as well.

Pm: Double cleanse, 2x adapco, 3x salicylic acid serum 2% 2-3 drops. Moisturizer. 1 to 2 months.
A very basic thing which u never discuss with us in your video that is every active ingredient product which is consist on azelic acid or retinoid do purging first and then settled on our skin purging is very common symptom which we face after use azelic acid and retinoid

I have these bumy skin..but Having dry skin i am unable to use salycilic acid noy even in cleanser bcz it makes my skin super dry that unable to treat with any moistuizer and i have to ultimately use medication for it..
Moreover any alchohol based toner micelr water makes my skin more dry..
Although i use this adapco cream for active acne part only and it worked perfectly..i avoid using it to the whole face

Use adapco cream instead of Adapco gel ,it will cause less dryness

Appreciate for your efforts. IMO, this is way too much for skin. I do microneedling with good hyaluronic serum and exfoliate skin 3 times/week. Yes, cleansing is must.

I have oily skin in summer and dry in winters and this kind of texture. I m using metaphil cleanser and not have any skin care routine. Can i use ponds cleaising milk for double cleansing? And can i skip salicilic acid? Coz can buy only one expensive serum that is already niacinamide and can we use Vitamin c with these also? Plzzz guide

Or you can use Maaz Clarity advanced salicylic acid serum or Acno salicylic acid cream.
Skinoren cream for azelaic acid, it's available everywhere.
