Cap Cana reputation of having drug dealers and other bad elements purchase property in Cap Cana was a big downfall in the past that they had to adopt lines hotels in order to survive. In the video he said that you can get an apartment for $100,000 which is not true. In the Village just land Lot goes for $200,000 and it’s higher then Cap Cana. There was a lot of false information.
I don't think it would be fair to say that cap cana is made of drug dealers. Was there a drug dealer in the past that bought in cap Cana...sure possibly... But I think to say it's 'full of it' isn't accurate. Cap Cana and Punta are two different beast. But let's admit they are beasts. Both of them. Both great. Some like pc some like cc. The info was general in nature. And my opinion. When I refer to pc I refer to area surrounding it too. For example in downtown pc you can find condos for 100k. Can't find that in cc for sure. I don't feel the info was inaccurate at all tbh. Thanks for the input though
