Whew I think that needs to never happen lol great step by step process even if you don’t need it watch it. Very minimal tool issues even on the road. What 😮would be the culprit just no thread lock or vibration

If you cut some brass shim plate and put under the hold down clamps it will never move again. Had that problem for years till I used shim plate.

Sorry Bro. You should NEVER use an extension tightening these bolts/nuts. You lose so much torque capability when you use an extension. Bad move Boss. You can't control the torque when you use extension's. Take off the instrument and use the right tool. Don't use an extension for this, EVER! This is way too important.
