I just got this model today. The kidney grilles not perforated is actually accurate. If you look in the grille openings, you will see it's flat with a raised ridge. That's an accurate representation of the active grille shutters in closed state. They close under certain conditions to aid engine warming and improve aerodynamics. I really love this model, because I love the G12.
I've got this one in blue :) To answer your question regarding cars with leather seats, the AMG version of Autoart's W221 Mercedes S-Class has them, as does Autoart's Maybach 62. But they're both ridiculously expensive, especially since you can get the regular Autoart versions (both of which you already own) for much cheaper.

I appreciate the format and content of your videos, but can you please, please stop taking a sharp metal tool to your models? It makes me cringe every time I see the metal touch the body. The plastic openers that come with these models work just fine for the same purpose and won't damage or chip the paint on these models, which is a lot more delicate than you probably think.

You said it's good car but it has some defects especially the wheels are looks like plastic and break pedal is beige color. It's stupid mistake. And car color is not very good.I mean quality...
Review is flawless, whereas model itself has Soo many flaws, gaps, quality issues. Those tapes around mirrors caused the damage, most probably. It made pressure against them and sad ending... I saw this on AliExpress, it's quite cheap but I won't buy it. There are more interesting items just as old Chinese Government cars.
