He was asked why he didn't curse in his earlier videos and had been prevented from doing so. So, the 'cursing CT' is a 'new' one as pertains to his videos. The reason we call youth 'impressionable' is because they don't know and hold a lifter like CT in awe. They will attempt to emulate him.

I'm just wondering how you warm up to hit the heavy sets? Let's say that you want to max out at bench press, what does your routine look like before you hit that max?

Strangers ask me all the time, how long did it take to get to where I am and what all did I have to do. I tell them the truth. It's 100% natural. I eat right, I workout and I'm dedicated. It took 5 long, hard years to get the "head-turning" body I have now. Supplements contain all kinds of chemicals. Go natural

I've done a lot of pause and speed work lately to help get all that i can off the bottom. I can lockout anything but about 2 inches before i hit my chest i lose the real heavy weights. what can i do to become more powerful off the bottom of my bench press and become more explosive? thanks
My buddy and I use to lift together. The difference between us, he wanted to get results fast. As a result, he filled his pantry from top to bottom with all kinds of pills and supplements. Recently, he passed out and was rushed to the hospital. I believe it was because of all the supplements he ingested over the years. He doesn't workout anymore. I still do. I never once took supplements, pills or drugs to get to where I am now. Do yourself a favor, ditch the supplements/drugs, eat right.
@cetricf I was using hemo rage black when I was going for the gym record on the leg press. Initial record I broke for the gym was 1065 pounds 5 times and most the records between that one and my final leg press record I was using super pump 250. My final record attempt saw me using hemo rage black. Now I can say honestly that I can do a full natural 1265 pound leg press with no boost at all except for having a hefty protein packed breakfast and on supplements 1305 pounds done in reps and sets
Fletcher, do you follow a diet like eating 6 or 7 times a day, or do you just eat like a normal person 3 times? Do you have to eat a lot of food to maintain that size or do you think training hard and eating regularly will make you big any ways? Thanks

Do you know Leroy Colbert, the first man to build 20" arms? If so, is it possible for the two of you to do some videos together? With the training knowledge that the two of you possess, you can really give natural bodybuilding a major push. Steroids or not, bodybuilding is largely about being LARGE. Natural bodybuilding doesn't make a splash, because the competitors are too small. We need more natural monsters out there, guys like you.

He should be giving glory to God for his health and his life to those young impressionable young people.
