I'm going to comeback around and get 800 sometime in the future. Yes you are like CT! A beast at bench and curl, those are good too, deadlifts are the most functional for me overall.
Wow CT, what an inspiration !! I started serious bodybuilding and powerlifting in the 60's 70's and 80's. I trained with some of the best in that error. Then I started having panic attacks, lost my job and today I am a 61 year old 300lb shit head, just feeling sorry for myself. After hearing your story I went and joined a gym and so far so good. Thank you !
I remember watching this 10 years ago. I was 19 and I just really started learning how to workout. Thankful that I got to see you grow as a human and motivate thousands, if not, millions of ppl over these past 10 years. Thank you CT. ISYMFS
i watched a Bill Goldberg video... he spoke of this man. i had to see the channel and i am absolutely impressed by what CT Fletcher does and how he motivates all those who come to him for that guidence. he is truly amazing. the dedication he has is unlike any. bless him and the work he does.
This guy is so inspirational. I have a mechanical aortic heart valve (infection when I was young) so I have the same limits as him. I am a skinny kid, 155 5'10", and trying to get bigger. Seeing this guy big as fuck with the same limits as I inspires me to keep pushing
Always come back here for the motivation. CT is timeless and been a blessing for me in my fitness journey. I'm back to hear it again and get my health back in check.
I am totally impressed with you, I watched the Netflix doc. You are a genuine man, your Mom did a great job! You have a powerful testimony my man! God Bless.
Just saw the movie and. I was blown away.I use to lift 6 days a week, was solid as a rock, then I lost my father who was my hero, and all training stopped, until now. This movie was very emotional and empowering for me to stop feeling sorry for myself.isymfs.thank you Ct.Mark
CT Fletcher is so RAW, and this documentary is super inspiring. Teaches you to never give up, but also teaches you to be humble because greed or cockiness in any form will destroy you. No one else, but YOU. People can apply this lesson in so many areas in life, not just the gym. Amazing story by CT Fletcher!

This motivates me a lot. I've had two open heart surgeries and was not allowed to do any physical sports or activities. I took advantage of that and became lazy and weak. In 2012 at and age of 25 I said 'fuck this' and started lifting. Dropped 56 lbs of flab using silly ass high rep exercises with dumbells, then became serious about heavy lifting about 7 months ago. Since then I've added at least 100 lbs to each of my big 3 lifts, and the heart doctor was incredibly impressed by how healthy my heart is after doing this. Don't push yourself to death, but don't use it an excuse to be a bitch either.
This is the video that got me motivated to train again..... greatest motivational trainer I've ever seen!! Long live the KING!! CT 'ISYMFS!!!' Fletcher
