Ever notice how all these powerlifters have heart attacks or heart failure? I believe in weight training for health. But all these 500 pound lifts may be just too strenuous for the heart.

C.T. you are definitely big and strong, that's for sure. But I can understand when you said you once wanted to be a bodybuilder. The strict dieting aspect of bodybuilding is where most can't stick with. It takes a very strong mind to completely control ones appetite.
