been watching some of your vids and a couple from others and i have to say, your the only bodybuilder one i've come to respect. i dont want to be a huge bodybuilder, but you sir are a great role model. I just have one question :): For some reason, my left chest is bigger than my right, however, my right bicep & tricep are bigger than my left. I guess it's from self consciously always flexing my right side to try even out, so I was wondering how I could even everything out? Thank you so much! :D

I,m a 40year old guy way out of shape.. I used to live for body building until family and work took over.. now that i,m 80lbs over weight and half as strong as i used to be.. I have been back at it for about 2 weeks now.. I have been worried about what type of system to go with.. at 40.. after watching your vids today.. I have tossed everything out the window in respect to age. and going full on pen style.. thanks for the vids and the motivation. Do you have any work out schedule for downloads?
i heard you say your shoulder has been bothering you. do you think its a good idea to push thru shoulder pain? is there an amount of pain thats alright to go thru or should you always wait till no pain? ive had shoulder problems for some years now and havent been training but i want to get back into it.. wondering how people like you still stay huge with injuries. ive done my best at rehab but still a lot of pain idk if i should still be resting or what..

Mr. Fletcher - Iwill be out of commission for a few months due to a leg injury. Would it be wise to work the upper body with out working the legs. Or should I just chill and wait until I am completely healed? Thanks for your opinion@ JT

In that time my weight has gone up from 60kg (132lbs) to 87kg (191lbs), and they still call us ectomorphs "hardgainers". I've proved to myself that it is bullshit. You mentioned your workout is 50% Powerlifter, 50% bodybuilding, do you have a program I can do in 3 days? The 3 days is now spent on bodybuilding with something similar to the Max-OT program, it's ok but I want more strength. I'd do more just got boxing and cross-fit in the other 3 days and try to double up each day.
sir , you are great ..... but i have one question .... my weight is 114 kilograms now , heigth is 1.77 meters .... but its not all muscle ... i did martial arts , close combat and kind of this stuff ( i am working as a security guard ) and i want to know , if training lifting slows one down and if its true that the flexibility is also affected .... thanks for your answer .....

I agree with Chris's Neeling! The old CT Fletcher is an approachable kind person. Now he just cusses and drops F bombs just to sound tough! People don't want that for their personal trainer. Not some common street thug!. Please bring the old CT back....
It looks like he is trying to be something he's not. He tried to change himself because he somehow got the idea that this straight-laced, intelligent sounding guy is what people wanted. Thankfully now he found out that people love the macho, hard-ass CT. The real CT.
I've only seen 2 of his videos (both in the last 20min. or so), and they're different as night and day.... In this video (explaining the criteria for the contest) he seems toned down, but that's the appropriate thing to do (protocol).... I'm sure the majority of us here will understand him either way, though.....

** This isn't a full extension of the triceps that you want.. it's a full extension of the elbow or concentric contraction of the triceps.
