Please accept my heartfelt gratitude. It actually worked. I only did the excerises before my delivery only for 3hours continuously and my normal delivery got successful with a minimal labour pain. Now I am blessed with my angel❤

Position no.4 was so helpful for me during my labour
Definitely needed these thank you
just perfect!!! love this so much!
Will definitely use these! 32 weeks pregnant now.☺️
How did everything turn out?
This is one of the big reasons I don’t want to be induced again. Being trapped on the bed on my back for 22 hours, without food or sleep, instead of being able to move around was awful. And I think it contributed to my son having shoulder dystocia.
It makes me cry angry tears to know that there are woman being forced to lay on their back as they shouldn't trust their bodies. You and your baby are doing all the work so you should be able to connect with and listen to your body. But it is easier for doctors to look at you and know that you won't fall be walking around even though walking during labour (espacially walking the stairs) benefits to the birth...
This is helpful thank you
What a great video and very comfortable positions!
Thank you for this video
Thanks I would be needing this
Very helpful, the video is well appreciated and worthy.
Great video 😀! Thanks for sharing ❤️🙏🏿!
Which month onwards to start doing these ??
can I do these exercises before I go into labour as well?
This video was recommended by my birth doula. I’m glad videos like this are available, as I have been instructed to labor for as long as I can at home. I partner and I were not able to complete our scheduled birthing classes due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so these videos are proving to be exceptionally helpful for us right now.
D Divine same here.
Wait there are classes for that? I wish they were in my country. I wish I could get them when I get pregnant.
@@naimairfan5738 youtube is great for this info. So many great people have such wonderful videos to help. No class needed in my opinion.
Beautiful
She is soo beautiful 😍 Also, I will be trying all of these 😅
37 weeks here and waiting!
What a fantastic video! I am 35 weeks and this has definitely given me the direction I need! Thanks!

Are all this to be done before labor starts or while in labor?
I'm due with my second in six days. This is a good refresher since it's been 5 years since my first was born!
i'm due in 6 days with #2 and have a 5yo 👀 how are you and baby doing??
@@chaoticzen Baby and I are doing well, thanks for asking!
I used literally almost all of these positions while in labour. I was able to deliver my baby within 2hrs, 30 mins of pushing, and unmedicated. It really helped to move around and squat during labour.
Congratulations and good luck!❤
@@moniquew3603 what position helped the most?
@@imperfection_beauty215 3. Supported squat to kick start things. Then I spent a good amount of time in position 2. Rocking Cat pose down on all fours.
Congrats! I'm due the 24 with my first. 5 years is the time between me and my oldest brother ^_^❤️
Must watch for every pregnant women..👍

From which month of pregnancy i can do this??
Hi when do I start doing these workouts. I'm 30 weeks now

I'm 8mon.pregnant.9th mon.starts at 21st January... so the question is when I was doing these exercises & all also for normal delivery...
These positions are very useful and effective, had an easy birth.
How long did you practice them? And when did you start before giving birth?
@@anajahsyria I practiced them when I started to get pain at 3:00am in the morning and continued until I went into the labour room at 12:13pm, I was fully dilated and ready for birth.
@@deviprashad5904 wow
That's great
@@kanizfatemashammi2143 I know, luckily they worked.
@@deviprashad5904 yes obviously you are lucky and efforts give success 🖤
I am from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
*sends to Fiance so he can keep me on the right track when in labor😅😭
From which month or week should i try these exercises? Now i am 19 weeks pregnant... Should i try these?
Walker here😂, had quick labours, probably too quick for my body, I wasn't ready 😩
I think I like all of these except for the frog legging. At least not during the pushing stage. It seems counter to what I’ve been learning recently. Like KICO.
I've always felt like squatting is the best and most primitive way to give birth because you allow gravity to take hold.
I squatted for my first birth. baby came out in one go. had terrible vaginal tearing. Took months to heal.
It seems that way, but to deliver in that position ultimately puts too much pressure on the perineum and greatly increases risk of major tearing.
From which week of pregnancy starting these exercises??
Any. They can relieve tension at any point when baby starts getting heavy
Wish I would’ve seen this sooner, my labor(no epidural) hurt so bad I literally wanted to die !!!! Great video!!
ahhhhh second time mom here finally in labor 😩
You can get through this but congrats on being pregnant
Also I am a mom of 2 soon to be 4 I am pregnant with twins my due date is tomorrow so November 23 2020 and am in labour at Sunday November 22 2020 at 8:15 pm

Good luck mommy mine is 24 November also my 1st
Me too 31 october and 1st mom same day
@@akhonandende3081 same here
Mine too ftm with a lil girl aiming for a all natural delivery! 5 days to go and im impatient
Same here due Dec2 first time mom
These exercises should be done for how long???
Until you feel like you need to switch
Tell the doctors to listen to the moms. They think they know better than what the mother is feeling, it's ridiculous and I am very tired of it.
I m pregnant..
Please mention that in which week I can start doing this position
Same question in my mind 🤔
When you start having contractions. During early and active labor. Stretching and doing these excersises are good before as well. Helps your body get prepared for labor.
From when it should start
@babycenter .in which week of pregnancy we can start these all excecises.? Kindly guide
Im 7 months and doingt them already, its good for the muscles down there as well. At least some of them
When to start this exercise?? In home or after reaching the hospital??
Wherever you are and you're feeling contractions...these are all to help with the pain associated with contractions
Watching this because severe cramps before my period.
Nice but in the hospital floor is cold and dirty how can you do those on the floor. Their bed isn't sturdy neither to do this I doubt it that the nurse will let u stand in the bed.
Cafherine Simon 😍😛🤪
Crazy how non of these moves were given to me while in labor or obgyn
Likewise me
All I could do was standing up, arms and head on the bed with my husband pressuring my lower back... i could handle the pain until 8 cm dilation

I'm 6weeks pregnant & i'm scared 😞
Baby Center needs to do more research. Your movement during stage is very vague and can be counterproductive... it's more important to match movement to Baby's position in the pelvis. Inlet, midpelvis, and pelvic outlet all require very different movements to allow space and you've lumped it all together here.
I'm a boy 😅
Anyone who thinks that this works?
Cuando va a nacer la verdad se grita y se le olvida a uno el mundo y se jura no tener más hijos y otras insultan sus maridos por el dolor.🤔
Frog legging is lying on back, and it's a position recommended while pregnant
