Chris, my exp. tells me you've got hot spots on the steel plates. Those short spats are getting the clutch hot. You will get in the 5"s new steel plates. Check it out. Good luck.
I race a totally stock zx12 @ 6.7 definitely hard to do a pass with no wheelies..the crowd enjoys it.

That made me feel better hearing you say that it’s challenging trying to get a 200hp swb down the track , I took my 270 hp swb H2 sx se down track . It was a little intimidating. Plus my bike was stock height. Awesome video
Stock height makes it almost impossible to apply power.

I am also having a hard time with the 2021 zx10r i feel like first and seconde gear wont let me 100% full power. Best i could do was a 8.74 swb.

Busa is turbo so it is for sure but out of the other ones it's really close

Good gracious that thing has a tall 1st gear, almost 100 by the first shift. You could stand to have 3 gears before the end of 1st. All the horsepower above 10k rpm. Sure is designed to do 1 thing only: racing circuit.

I have a 22 zx10r what’s the best gearing for better low end torque I don’t care about top end I’m thinking of going -1F +2R

If you go -1F +2R (16/43), as compared to stock gearing (17/41), the final reduction ratio will increase from 2.412 to 2.6875 and the result will be a 10.3% increase in torque along with a corresponding reduction in speed of 10.3%.

I don't see the point in persevering with a ZX10 as a drag bike. Its power is at the top and hasn't even a hydraulic clutch so the starts are just going to be frustrating - use anything but ....
