If I want to put a more out of my comfort zone product in a project, I go for a small goal to kind of encourage myself to learn how to work with it. For example I don’t feel very confident with red lipstick but I have so many (why I bought them in the first place is a whole different question that probably needs input from a psychology expert lol), so I put one in with a 10 use goal. Prior to that I would just look at them but never wear them but I just 5 or 6 uses I discovered that I actually do like the look of myself with a red lip and I’m now much more likely to wear it in the future.
👏 yes mix up products! I am so tired of hearing ppl on CZcams saying their panning foundations is wrong shade, and they are panning 3 at a time, mix them up!! A pump of each and you will have your shade!!! 👀👀👩🏼🔬. I clean up up my compacts with q-tip and alcohol so they look new and I want to use them, also I remove barcode sticks and sticks of drugstore make up, again so it looks and feels nicer and I want to use them.
Yes! No one ever sees my makeup except for me, but I keep packaging clean because it brings me joy to open up a clean and fresh item, even if it’s well loved and has pan. I noticed a long time ago that I just don’t like to reach for dusty grubby things and then apply them to my face.
I agree with waiting so much! My skin changes so much with seasons. I tan easily so I have two shades of foundation. Some of my blushes and highlighters look good on pale/tan skin. Also in winter my lips get dry so I have different preferences when it comes to lip products.
This year I decided to do some usage goals in order to rotate my blush collection, last year I used only one blush the entire year in order to hit pan and I ended up frustrated and even sick of it, so I put it aside and decided to rotate my blushes after hit my 22 uses goals and not neglect them. I loved your repressing method! Last week I mixed 2 eyeshadows and the process was not only easy, also not messy at all. Thank you so much for your tips and tricks
Even though I've been panning for close to a decade I always love watching these for any new tips or to remind me of things I already know I should be doing. Loved this ❤️

These were awesome tips, Beautiful! I don't like to repress stuff either, but I think I will start. What I really need to work on most tho...is saving my favorite or expensive products for a special occasion.
I love these suggestions! Especially, don't wear too much makeup 😑; but all of them were so well thought through. I frequently wear too lipsticks at once, blotting in between and after the second layer. I am in anti-repressing camp! 😂 I just think it changes the formula. But that's just my opinion.
