I have one of these cars it can be a total bitch to get the intake off without the right tools! We didn't have a thin ratchet like this guy has so we improvised by taking the front cover and the windshield wipers off. (yay) also make sure the sensor on the back of the intake is plugged in or you'll be sticking your head back under there haha. Thanks for posting this !
U should put Holden commodore 3.6 aloytec in your title cause it's a commodore with Pontiac badges And just a tip it's also a good idea to clean the throtel body cause I own a commodore and the throtel body's get very dirty very quickley and it improves performance when u clean them.

Dude, you certainly turned a simple plenum removal and spark plug change nto a cluster fuck!!!
You should have disconnected and removed the vacuum hoses, electrical harness and bolts. Before you even attempt to move the plenum.
Used the compressed air to remove all dirt and debris before for started work on the engine... Maybe use less force when disconnecting harness plugs ..
What’s the part number on the gaskets?
Where is the gasoline filter and the gasoline filter
It only has a filter inside the fuel tank you dont have to change it...you change that one when you replace the fuel pump.thanks for watching
