    What is the number one reason many Christians can’t have eternal life?
    Well, in this video, I’m going to show you what Jesus says is one of the biggest, if not the biggest reason people cannot experience heaven…something that almost prevents his own DISCIPLES from entering.
    You’ll also see a question posed to Jesus that almost gets him killed…
    And a moment where a blind man actually sees better than Jesus’ own disciples!
    All of this and more as we dive into chapter 10 of Mark’s gospel in this episode of Beyond the Words.

Ended the one & only relationship I began w a coworker. Decided to live by the Word! Jesus is a husband to the window. There was never a Godly man who crossed our lives. To this day I am still married to Jesus. 30 yrs later. I stopped seeking a partner. Did not want men coming in & out of our lives. Didn't purposely stay single, just did not meet the rt man when I wanted one. I have been whole & complete in Jesus all these yrs. And never fight! Lol As Paul said, I have Learned to be Content.

If you believe in your heart that Jesus died for your sins, was raised from the dead by our heavenly father and are willing to confess these facts before the world, you are saved, period. Blaspheming the Holy Ghost is the only way to spit your salvation back into Jesus's face. @@NRIH144 Can you reconcile Romans 10:9 with James 2:19? There's a difference between believing in Jesus and choosing to follow Him. Because the demons, bound for hell, also believe that Jesus is the Son of God. But they do not love Jesus, nor have they chosen to follow him or keep his commandments. You see, it is not enough to believe that Jesus is Lord, and believe that God raised him from the dead. You must love Him, believe He died for your sins, and be happily willing, even excited to change your life to comply with God's will (follow Jesus's commands). See John 14:15-24 This is what it means to be reborn. And what is the greatest command that we must desire to obey? If we have no love for one another, what is the evidence we are saved? "But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works." James 2:18 What are these "works" James speaks about? Merely acts of love, one to another. Yes, even those we esteem to be our enemies. This is our yoke and burden, but it is indeed light. We just see it as a burden in our sinful minds. In reality, it is the opportunity to do good. So, if you want to know if you are saved, ask yourself the question, "Do I love God with all my mind, all my heart and all my strength?" Mark 12:30-31

    This reminds me of a neighbor who many either felt pity for or gossiped about thinking she must have squandered her family's inherience and her income because she had very little compared to others in the area. She was so loving and giving to us children and she really had what she needed. She spent a lot of time helping at church and she typing/ transcribing for extra money. She always believed God would provide and the treasures we get will be given in heaven not here on earth. When she died in her 90s people thought she would end up in the county cemetary with no one. However to the surprise of so many her and her husband many years ago had set in motion a scholarship fund that only the school involved, her church and the couple knew of so not to draw attention. Of course after her death they were not going to keep it quiet but use it to show example.

    I don't recall hearing anything about believing/trusting in the sacrifice and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Which is the most crucial step to dealing with sin in our lives.
    This salvation is a free gift for all who call upon him.
    It's important and spiritually healthy put aside sin but we aren't doing it to earn or maintain salvation. We do it out of love of the Lord and gratitude towards Him saving us.

      Exactly. People stop at Romans 10:9 and leave Rom 10:10 out when explaining how to receive eternal life.
      Rom !0:10 is crucial for a correct understanding of the Gospel.
      "For with the heart one BELIEVES unto RIGHTEOUSNESS (eternal life 2Cor5:21)
      and with the mouth CONFESSION is made unto SALVATION (deliverance from sin in this life)
      Eternal life is a GIFT. If we had to repent from sin in order to receive it, it would become a REWARD because we had to CONTRIBUTE TO IT.

      @stephenmarlowe3907 Před rokem

      Do we take the warnings of the Gospel, the New Testament, seriously? The Savior warned us: “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matthew 7:13-14). The apostle Peter gave this testimony: “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). However, we have many names for Christ: Jesus, Iesus, Iesous, Yeshua, Isa, and not to mention the pronunciation “Hey-zeus.” So is the name based on God’s revelation or on the linguistics of mankind? Therefore, which one is the revealed name from Heaven? Halleluyah is universally known throughout the world, and yet few seem to know what it actually means. Hallelu, means Praise, and YAH is the name which is above every name, and this name means “I AM.” Halleluyah means “Praise YAH.” YAH means “I AM” in Hebrew. YAH is found in Strong’s Dictionary of Bible Words # 3050. Where did the name YAH originally come from? Moses asked God for His name: “Then Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?” And God said to Moses, (“HAYAH ASHAR HAYAH) “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM {YAH} has sent me to you.’ Moreover God said to Moses, ‘Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations’” (Exodus 3:13-15). Praise YAH, Halleluyah!
      According to the prophets “YAH” is the only name of salvation for us: “Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation” (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV), and Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, By His name Yah, and rejoice before Him” (Psalm 68:4 NKJV). “I, even I, am the Lord {YAH}, and besides Me there is no savior” (Isaiah 43:11). Christ tells us that He is YAH, when He said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM {YAH}” (John 8:58). Christ is I AM, that is YAH. Therefore the angel came to Joseph and said, “And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name YAHSHUA, for He will save His people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21). Joseph was given a command to name Him YAHSHUA!
      The apostle Paul on the road to Damascus, to persecute Christians, was confronted by a bright light, and the Savior told him in Hebrew, “I am YAHSHUA...” (Acts 26:13-15). The apostle Paul heard the name which is above every name {YAH}, for he writes, “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of YAHSHUA every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Messiah is LORD, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9-11) All languages are to know this one revealed name “YAHSHUA” from the LORD. What happens if one rejects the revealed name YAHSHUA, the one name given under heaven by which we must be saved? Answer: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16-18). The name Jesus has only existed in its present form since the 17th century. Reject the revealed name YAHSHUA, the one name by which we must be saved, and stand before the Judgment Throne condemned according to the Gospel, the New Testament. In YAHSHUA’S Name, Amen. Many Christian religious leaders are not representing the New Testament in Spirit and Truth. They are not teaching the truth about the Savior’s true name YAHSHUA. Christ said in Matthew 7:21-23, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” We must follow the revelation of the LORD! Another warning to the religious leaders: “And now, O priests, this commandment is for you. If you will not hear, and if you will not take it to heart, to give glory to My name,” Says the Lord of hosts, “I will send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, because you do not take it to heart” (Malachi 2:1-2). There is only one name given under heaven by which we must be saved, behold the name of salvation, YAHSHUA! Halleluyah, Praise YAH, Praise YAHSHUA! Take it to heart!

    I have been studying the Bible for many years. I question several things like this message. When The Jailer asked Paul what must I do to be saved. He said;
    Act 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
    What puzzles me is, is Salvation of works and faith or by faith alone?.
    Paul also said;
    Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
    Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
    By world standards I must be rich. I pay my bills like everyone else. I have plenty to eat for the present and a roof over my head. Yet all that I have has been graciously given to me by God. What I have I give when the Lord directs me to do so. All that I have belongs to God and when I give it away. He gives it back to me so generously, multiplying it several times over.
    I believe what my Lord wants from us is our worship of Him instead of out selves. Guarding against the things of this world. He want our focus on Him not the things of the world.
    May God bless you:
    Ray

      Hello Ray
      I believe that we must be imitators of how Jesus lived so that we can be truly His children who will do as our Father in heaven would have us do.
      We really do not need all the comforts this world has to offer, because if we have a home, food, heat, water, clothes with them been our necessary comforts we really are blessed, also if we have breath in our lungs, a body to live in then we must be thankful with walking with Jesus every single day.
      I am so so thankful for my simple life now that l would not change anything and that is only because Jesus has shown me His way and it is good.
      Shalom Shalom to you this day Amen

      @Tom McArdle I understand what you say it's not about works
      Yet because of knowing Him we will do good works
      In the book of James
      It says l will show you my faith by my good works
      There will be a transformation in one's life, when we know Jesus and when we are known by Him
      It's just they way it is...
      Faith alone, without works, is dead.
      Shalom Shalom

    • @johnnyanglo6709
      @johnnyanglo6709 Před rokem +2

      Salvation is by works, but not our works, the work done to save is the work of God. Those that believe do so because God acted upon those ordained by the Father for eternal life. God works the work of salvation, man is the object, but the sinner is not a partner with God in any respect. Salvation is totally God's doing. Belief, trust, faith, a changed heart, obedience, sorrow for sin, desire to not sin . . . all the works of God.
      Eph 2:10 "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them."
      In other words, the unbeliever is chosen by the Father to obtain eternal life based on the choice of the Father alone, before the world existed. In time, Christ died for those same individuals as their substitute, and the Holy Spirit regenerates these to spiritual life making the operation of faith or belief in God a reality by a new living spirit. A spirit empowered by the Holy Spirit will believe and receive the Truth such that faith in Christ grows and the person is transformed, over time, into the likeness of Christ (possessing more and more the mind of Christ as imitators of Christ).
      So, how do we know we are saved from the wrath of God? Well, do you have a living spirit that trusts God, is faithful to His commands, and believes His promises? If so, then you are giving evidence that you are God's workmanship.
      If rather you trust in something you said, prayed, or did, or think your choice to believe or accept Jesus has any part in your salvation, or because you formed some supposed magic phrase that made God dance to your tune to save you, then your spirit is dead and your heart is filled with pride instead of the humility that comes with God's genuine salvation. Something worth thinking about.

      @@scambammer6102-if you are asking about God, He didn’t have to kill anyone.
      -if you are asking why Jesus died on the Cross it’s because according to the Old Law (Old Testament, Law of Moses) people had to present a blood sacrifice (usually ram or sheep or lamb) on an altar (for various reasons as I’m sure you have read from history-not only Biblical. Many pagan cultures sacrificed their own babies to their pagan idols! An idol is certainly not a deity, but that’s what they did anyway).
      When Jesus laid down His life on the cross for our forgiveness, He became the ultimate sacrifice & was called the “Lamb of God” so that people no longer had to search to find the right animal & build an altar. Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice and made forgiveness available to “whosoever will”. He didn’t have to do it. But he chose to go through all the suffering and pain for each of us. Had it only been you or me, He would have still done it because He loves us so much and knows us so well He even knows the number of hair we each have on our head! He still would have done it for people who deny Him and mock Him. He loves us and wants us to come to Him. We are all given a free will to do what we want because God doesn’t force Himself on us. It’s a choice. We have to choose to believe Jesus died on the cross to forgive our sins but we must ask for forgiveness and ask Him into our hearts.
      Hope this helped to answer your question. I’m not a Bible scholar, I’m a saved by Grace, Believer and I try to help if someone has a question. I pray the Lord guide my every word so that it’s not mine, but His, in Jesus name Amen 🙏

It causes people to murder… or to retaliate in future relationships.
      Our sin separates us from a righteous and good God. To reconcile us to God, the most perfect being, the son of God, Jesus Christ was sacrificed and raised again on the third day. Those who believe in him and repent of their sins receive the Holy Spirit, who helps us to continue to fight our sinful nature. Not all who call themselves Christian are saved. How do you get to hell?
    Very simple: claim that you're innocent.
    How do you get to heaven?
    Very simple: Admit that you're not Innocent, you're guilty and ask for mercy.
    How to know if you're guilty or not?
    Simply: Compare your life to the Ten Commandments God gave you in the Bible.
    Everyone agrees that if people followed the ten commandments there would be no need for governments or police.
    Do not lie.
    Do not steal.
    Do not commit adultery.
    Do not insult God by using his name as a cuss word.
    There are six more but let's just leave it at that.
    How many lies have you told in your life?
    Have you ever taken anything that didn't belong to you?
    Jesus said, if you look at a women lustfully you've already committed adultery in your heart with that woman.
    How many times a day do you do that?
    Do you use God's name as a cuss word?
    Would you do that with your own mother's name?
    If you answer these questions honestly you know that you're guilty.
    God can justly punish you and send you to hell.
    Ask him for mercy.
    His name is Jesus.
    It's as simple as this, The Ten Commandments are called the moral law. You and I broke God's laws. Jesus paid the fine.
    The fine is death.
    Ezekiel 18:20 -
    "The soul who sins shall die.
    That's why Jesus had to die on the cross for our sins. This is why God is able to give us Mercy.

    Option B.

      @@BonnieBlue2A woah to Blue Bonnie...
      If we look at the creation account and see God resting on the seventh day, we see “God’s abiding condition” as mentioned above. If we believe that all Scripture speaks to the reality of Christ, then certainly we should see the greater spiritual reality undergirding the physical institution of the Sabbath, that indeed an eternal rest would come. John Reisinger is extremely insightful when he writes that “[t]he Sabbath constantly reminded Israel of the rest that Adam lost in the Garden of Eden because of his sin…the Sabbath was a weekly, constant visible reminder of the wages of sin…The Sabbath preached the gospel as clearly as any ceremony in the whole Old Testament! The Sabbath was a clear picture of Christ and the rest that he would give” .
      Furthermore, Christ himself often spoke of his “work”, which was the work His Father gave him to do. The Apostle John frequently quotes Jesus as “working”, doing the work of his Father, and finishing His work (John 4:34; 5:36; 5:17; 17:4; 9:4). What was this work? It is the work of redemption, the work of earning salvation for his people, the work of doing what we could never do! He took the punishment and wrath of God upon himself that was deserved by us. He died in our stead on the cross! “The work which issues into the rest can now no longer be man’s own work. It becomes the work of Christ” . And what happened when Christ accomplished this work? He rested! “So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God” (Mark 16:9; cf. Heb 4:14; 8:1; 10:12; 12:2; Psalm 110:1; Acts 2:33; 7:56; Romans 8:34; Eph 1:20-22; Col 3:1; 1 Pet 3:22; Rev 3:21). The abiding state of God, His rest, which Adam forfeited through his transgression, Christ secured forever for his people!
      It is no wonder then, that a passage like Matthew 11:28-30 is so sweet in the ears of a believing sinner, when Jesus says, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” “The Sabbath then not only looks back to God’s rest after he completed his work of creation (Gen 2:2-3), but also looks forward to the final peace given through Jesus Christ” . While we would certainly affirm that there is wisdom in taking rest from our physical labors, and while it is always beneficial and glorifying to God to reflect on His goodness and mercy, we would suggest that the Sabbath principle is larger and grander than any one day can hold! Even if we acknowledge that there were shadows of the Sabbath ordinance in God’s creation, “It must be remembered that the Sabbath, through a world-aged observance, has passed through the various phases of the development of redemption, remaining the same in its essence but modified as to its form, as the new state of affairs at each point might require” . And we would boldly proclaim here that at this stage of redemption, Christ himself is the believer’s Sabbath rest, both now and into eternity! Christ has gained for us more than was lost in Eden . Christ himself is the substance of the reality that the Sabbath only foreshadows! May we joyfully sing with William Gadsby:
      “The Sabbath was a day of rest;
      The day the Lord Jehovah blest;
      A lively type of Christ;
      The labouring poor may venture here;
      The guilty banish all their fear,
      And lean on Jesus’ breast.
      When foes without, and foes within,
      Wrath, law, and Satan, guilt and sin,
      The child of God molest;
      Fatigued with sin, distressed with fear,
      He enters into Christ, and there
      He finds a settled rest.”
      John5:17

      Hi. As a follower of Christ, make sure that you are touching bases with the promises of God. For example, referring to the Holy Spirit, Jesus said, "Whoever believes in Me will have fountain of living water bubbling up to eternal life." Conversely, if a person does not have the river of life, neither do they believe in (i.e. know) Christ.
      I hope this does not alarm you, as it is an easy fix. Jesus said, "My Father will give the Holy Spirit to whoever asks of Him (Luke 11.13)." I simply say, "Thank you Jesus for filling me with the Holy Spirit!" Ask and you shall receive. Yet, never doubt the promises of God, lest you miss out, lest you insult the Holy Spirit by doubting His promises. In the same way, you can pray through Ephesians 2.6 and Romans 8.16.
      I hope this will greatly bless you in your walk with God! Jesus Christ is the light of the world.

"The Law" is Agape. Transgression of the law, sin-Agape, is to miss the mark of Agape! *Repent* is the first requirement. John the Baptist made this clear... Jesus confirmed it... Paul followed Jesus' example.
      Repent towards Agape! God, the true one, not imaginary ones, is the perfect manifestation of Agape.

    As someone who has recently been drawn to Jesus and His Word, not through any conscious or deliberate reason, but rather through feelings within myself, searching for what I feel I'm missing and need, to fill an emptiness within me. Your video here has opened gates I believe I must go through, having faith that I might find pieces that I am missing and needing. I've never been a person of strong faith, and as an adult on leave from military service, I would sometimes attend church with my Mother to make her happy, though looking at my watch every few mins., wondering, "How much longer?". Ironically, over the past couple years, and especially in the past few months, I've been drawn to learning about, and building a relationship with Jesus. I tear up when I listen to people such as yourself speak of what the Bible teaches us, is this guilt or something else? I recently purchased a study Bible for myself, first Bible I've ever bought, though I have many I've collected over the years. I read it almost every day and I'm learning how to read it effectively, rather than just a rote effort. Yours and others explanations are becoming very important to me in understanding what it is that I need to understand, in order to fill what I am missing. My Mother is in Heaven, and I hope to see her again one day. But, I know and truly look forward to putting in the work to correct my heart and spirit in order to enter Heaven. Today, you helped my understand that the Kingdom of God isn't a place but rather my lifestyle and relationship with Jesus here on earth. Thank you.

    The difference for Jesus and for many of us comes with the infilling of the Holy Spirit. What had previously seen hard to understand or hard to follow simply falls into place with help of the Holy Spirit. We see this so clearly in the disciplines in such a radical shift in their attitudes and their courage after Pentecost. Jesus patience with them and with us, beyond the decision of salvation, is to lead us to that infilling.

      The single most important message of all prophets to their people was to worship God alone and none else and to follow His teachings. All of them, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Ishmael, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, Jesus, Muhammad and others, in addition to those we do not know - invited people to worship God and shun false gods.
      Moses declared:"Hear, O Israel The Lord our God is one Lord."(Deuteronomy 6:4). This was repeated 1500years later by Jesus, when he said: "The first of all the commandments is, ‘Hear, O Israel; the Lord our God is one Lord.’(Mark 12:29)
      So, the greatest commandment, the most important belief according to Jesus, is that God is one. If Jesus was God he would have said, ‘I am God, worship me.’ Instead, he merely repeated a verse from the Old Testament confirming that God is One.
      Jesus did not say, "I am God." There is not a single text in the Bible. Jesus says, "I am God." He said more than thirty times that he is a prophet and messenger. He said he's human more than 82 times. This is what the Qur'an says that Jesus is the Messenger of God.
      This aligns with the mission of Jesus, as taught in Islam, where Jesus was sent to the Children of Israel to confirm the message of the past Prophets - to believe in the One True God.
      most Christians nowadays believe in trinity.. Jesus said i came not to destroy the commandments of moses i came just to fulfill.
      Muslims reject the Christian belief that God is a Trinity, not only because the Quran rejects it, but also because if this was God’s true nature, He would have clearly revealed it to Abraham, Noah, Jesus and all of the other prophets.
      ISLAM is the submission in worship to Allah Alone and it is the essence of all the Messages sent to all nations before us. Allah is All-Just and All-Wise. He does not intend confusion for His Creation. The religion accepted to Him is the one chosen by Him. Its essence must be One, because He is One. It is free from geographical, racist, and status oriented concepts. It is Perfect and it is the complete way of life. All these qualities are chosen by Allah in His Only Religion: Islam. Its details are in in the Qur’an, read it and come with an open heart because none can expose better than the World of Allah. The Qur’an was revealed to Prophet Muhammad. He did not author it. He was unlettered. Its translation is available in many languages in bookstores or in an Islamic Center close to you. Take the time to read it and come/call the Islamic Center, or speak to someone who re-verted and submitted to Allah Alone.

    The way I see it is, for the most part, rich people work hard, you don’t become rich by being slothful. Rich people tend to trust in themselves due to their wealth. Everlasting life is a free gift that is simply received by trusting in Jesus alone. You add any work at all to the free gift of everlasting life via “repenting of sins” “good works” “obedience” etc. and you are no longer trusting in Jesus alone but in yourself. You add 1 penny to a free gift and it’s no longer free. You add 1 work to the free gift of everlasting life and it’s no longer a free gift but a reward you’ll never earn. “Free” and receiving something without working for it, or paying for it, is a foreign concept to humans, much more to the rich.
    “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
    ‭‭Romans‬ ‭6:23‬ ‭KJV‬‬
    “For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.”

      So the money isn’t the problem . The Lord Jesus was telling him to get rid of your self righteousness, your self reliance. His money was his evidence that he was righteous and holy. The Lord told him get rid of it, and to be perfect come follow me.

    And Jesus said, "If you want to follow Me, you have to say 'No' to yourself, take up your crosspiece, and follow me." To say 'No' to yourself means to refuse to take what you want for yourself as opposed to what the Man Who is God clearly says to take what He wants you to have. To take up your crosspiece means to take up your painful, embarrassing, dishonoring and punishing burden that He wants you to take up, like being crucified. Then you can follow Him to heaven after this life on Earth is over. It's not an earthly attractive prospect. It's what He did. It's not exactly an appealing sales pitch.

      O yes, yes he did indeed.
      He sent his living word which is part of himself. His word became flesh and dwelt among us.
      The reason he calls himself a son is because man needed the redeemer. So he became a man .
      He shall be called wonderful, almighty God, everlasting father, the prince of peace.
      Jesus told peter, if you have seen me you have seen the father.
      The words I speak they are not my own but the father who sent me. The works I do they are not my own but my fathers.
      Jesus also said before he went to the cross that they should remember him no more after the flesh.
      Why? Because the flesh actually limits our understanding of God being as man.
      So now we go to the cross where he hangs his head and says, it is finished.
      The curtain (symbolic of flesh) was torn in the holy of holies in the temple where the common man was not allowed except the priests. Gods acceptable sin offering was done once by him for us.

    Amen, brother. Preach! Children have no status. They also trust completely, easily and with humility. Notice our own kids. I notice it in my own kid. I love him completely and he loves me completely. Our love is not perfect but God's love is so perfect. Once we realize this, it will be the most humbling experience in our lives.

    This gave me a mind blowing perspective on the Gospel of Mark Chapter 10. The way you explained the Kingdom of God as being under God's reign isntead of a physical place, it made so much more sense. A rich man will have a very tough time putting God first before his wealth and possessions. Very good explanation

It's such a blessing to hear the literal interpretation of scripture from a first century perspective rather than the shallow, convenient drivel that is so often preached from the pulpits of the American church. Please keep us the great work and may the Lord bless you abundantly for your faithfully teaching His word.

    Wish he would stop confusing Eternal Life- John explains it. It is not the same as the kingdom.
