This looks like a very poor brake job. Why use copaslip? All that does is make everything stick, it is anti-seize, not a lubricant. Use brake grease such as FERODO Brake Grease on metal to metal components. The slider pins should be well greased and the pads should have a touch of grease where they fit onto the carriers. Even refitting the wheels was poor. You should tighten nuts as near opposite as possible. In other words, if the wheel nuts are numbered 1 - 5 clockwise, tighten 1, 3, 5, 2, 4
