How do u actually navigate through the camera settings while being on the gimbal ??
I'm using my Weebill for the first time, and with the gimble switched off it will lock into place when the roll and tilt switch are switched to 'unlock' and move freely when in 'lock'. Hence, the OPPOSITE of what is expected. Does anyone know if the manufacturers can sometimes build the switches the wrong way around, or whether there is a way to trouble shoot this. Thank you

this camera model not in the compatibility list of the Weebill Lab. So, the cable control function maybe not support. Only support mount and balance.

Do the camera control features only work on Sony and Panasonic (similar to Crane 2 for Canon). I'm referring to controlling aperture, shutter speed, and iso via USB and the thumbwheel on the handle. Seems Zhiyun ditched Canon users.

Ive got one question - I would like to take my camera an put in on a monopods head. So I take camera out of gimbal with that arca plate and... on what kind of mounting I should have on my monopods (or any tripod) head to put in on?

There is a record button near the joystick to control recording/stop.
I have the same camera and lens and when attaching this combo straight to the quick release plate, it does not get level, it points a bit upwards, or am I doing something wrong? I've had use the other plate that comes with it to get the camera higher up.
Try to move the camera a little bit forward on the plate.

Hey Brett -- Thanks for the videos. I just got my Weebill Lab and I am experiencing a strange problem. I am using a Sony a6000 with kit lens (soon will be using Sony A7III with kit lens) on the Weebill Lab and I have it balanced and everything works great on the LOW motor setting. The problem occurs when I try and change the motor strength setting - when I try and put in in MEDIUM strength, it goes limp and is unresponsive, and just kind of flops around. The only way to get it back is to change it back to low, power it down and turn it back on. Do you have any suggestions, ideas or fixes? My fear is that I will buy the larger body camera and I won't be able to change the strength to account for the extra weight. HELP!
We should choose different motor strength based on different combo. If your combo is very light, then just stay in low strength.Don't worry.

Steve Weed Media sorry for the incredible delay Steve. I hope you have had time to figure this issue out. If not, whenever you change the motor strength setting, the gimbal will enter into standby mode, which looks like it isn’t doing anything. You need to push and hold the POV button for just a few seconds for the gimbal to exit standby. The motors should then power back on with the new selected power setting. Hope that helps you out. I have a problem for a month. It worked really well until the end of July, since, the ZY Play software is unable to detect any device, it is blind.
Weebill LAB works with Sony Alpha 7III, I can adjust the camera but that's it!

Make sure the pan axis is perfectly balanced and select higher motor power.
Zhiyun-tech i hace the same problem. I have a Sony alpha a6300 with sigma 30 1.4 and cant rotate . 🤷🏻♂️

My nikon z6 only balances with the kit lens (all I have for the moment) when it is almost all the way back on the base plate I can't do vortex mode because the diopter doesn't clear the back

Just got the webill lab and the cable which came in box, doesnt connect with my sony a7r3. What am I missing?
There is only one camera control cable which has a L shape. Make sure you're using the correct cable.

Still having trouble connecting my z 6 to my phone for video preview. Anyone else having this issue? I connect the USB C cable to the Weebill lab, and nothing shows up on the weebill lab. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! I connect my phone to the Weebill lab, and i can control the weebill lab, but no video preview. This is really frustrating. Latest firmware on both camera and weebill lab. Am I missing something? Does bluetooth or wifi need to be "on" on my camera? Have it in full manual mode, but tried other modes and still doesnt work. Please help. Love this thing other than this issue!!!!

Hello. Finally got my phone connected by replacing a faulty cord that was sent out with my Weebill. Would be nice to be reimbursed for that, but I am more concerned with the App. Updated everything to the latest versions, but the connection is always super buggy and now won't even stay connected. Just freezes and drops out, and says failed to connect. Anyone else having this issue? Will there be an update to the app anytime soon? This setup could be soooo good, but these little problems (app is not so little) are making me rethink if I should keep this gimbal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to balance the gimbal with a payload of 1.8 kg (Nikon D700 + 28-300 mm lens). This doesn't work, it flips all the time.. I thought the max payload was 3 kg?

The app tutorial is coming soon. If you want to change the gimbal parameters in the app, please set it to original mode then find settings.
