- Talks at Google were delighted to host the absolutely fabulous Ruby Wax and Peter Read for a talk about mindfulness and Ruby's highly practical book A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled.
Ruby and Peter discuss how to embolden people to take risks and innovate, and at the same time help them avoid getting stressed and frazzled by the process of innovation. Peter explains why resilience is important, and Ruby discusses practically how to build resilience for a healthier, happier life.

She's not she - she's Ruby. I think its really interesting how the tech side stays in tech speak and to an outsider that lacks empathy and human touch and the look and feel of products in the future need to balance the tech and the human to work for the individual (imho).
She's really intelligent and funny

Rub wax is extremely bright and very clear with her mind. But she wastes her breath to talk to these audiences who are blindly enslaved by their ego-centered minds...

One minute in and I hate him already. Ruby is a master of psychology in interview and this guy fails on all points in the first 60 seconds. Moving onto another Rudy Wax interview. Take head dude with the hair...it ain't working
