Ruby discusses her personal and family history of depression, her training in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and her role as a mental health campaigner. They also discuss how adverse impacts of the pandemic on individual and societal mental health can be minimised, with particular consideration to young people, the socioeconomically disadvantaged, and health and social care professionals.
