I have been captivated by Valentina and her virtuosity . I have been to a few of her live concerts and she is always stellar and exciting!
After I've watched Valentina, I just can't watch any other pianist.
The true smile of the two violinists says it all! They are the musicians that must have "suffered" the most the practice of their instrument to get their place in an orchestra like this one, not moving an inch from the music sheet.And here you see how they appreciate the playfulness of Valentina playing with heart rather than brain. The love of the performance is stronger than the love of the exact playing. Oh cool
and Legend has it that there are still people clapping

She is the greatest pianist of the current time. I consider myself truly blessed to have seen Hvorostovsky, Pavarotti, Brendel, Zimmerman, Barenboim and many more in my lifetime. The world has become a very dark and ugly place indeed. Music still gives light and joy.

Drogi Wiesławie ! Pani Walentyna Lisica jest pianistką rosyjską i ten kraj reprezentuje, a nie USA, jak raczył Pan wspomnieć w opisie filmu. To - wbrew pozorom - jest bardzo istotny błąd faktograficzny. Sama to podkreślała wielokrotnie. Wystarczy krótka weryfikacja tego faktu w dostępnych szeroko żródłach. Ponadto, dżwięk jaki Pan udostępnił w nagraniu, jak dla tej klasy, światowej sławy i maestrii wykonawczej Pani Lisicy, wręcz krzywdzący w percepcji jej gry, niż należyty dla niej zachwyt, podziw i uznanie. Czy obowiązująca dzisiaj tzw. poprawność polityczna w stosunku do artystów rosyjskich, musi przysłaniać oczywiste fakty ? Pozdrawiam...
Szanowny panie. Koncert "Tylko Beethoven" we Wrocławiu jaki wykonała Pani Valentina z prywatną filharmonią , której jestem współzałożycielem, jest jak dotąd jedynym jaki wykonała w Polsce z orkiestrą symfoniczną, Niestety z kilku powodów nie został on nagrany na światowym poziomie. Wykonanie II Rapsodii Węgierskiej na bis okazało się fenomenalne. Ci co byli na koncercie raczej mieli bardzo dobre warunki do wysłuchania, bo sala ma super akustykę, a najlepszy z możliwych aktualnie fortepian koncertowy zapewniła firma Yamaha Music Europe. Owacje świadczą same za siebie, a byli na koncercie melomani z różnych państ Europy. Ten film dla wspomnienia wydarzenia ma dla nich dużą wartość bo byli na tym koncercie i tego doświadczyli. Jeżeli jest gdzieś na CZcams lepsze wykonanie, to bardzo prosimy o link. Pozdrawiam Pana - Wiesław Małucha.
P.S. Pani Valentina z mojej wiedzy ma obecnie podwójne obywatelstwo, USA i Rosji. Wtedy nie miała obywatelstwa Rosji. Ma je od 2022 roku.
@@wieslawmalucha Dziękuję Panu bardzo za powyższe informacje. Co do podania linków z Jej ,,lepszymi,, akustycznie nagraniami, to jest ich moc na YT, także z wykonaniem owej II Rapsodii Węgierskiej. Cóż.. Możemy się różnić w ocenie naszej percepcji dżwięku muzyki fortepianowej. Nie kwestionowałem ani przez moment szczerego aplauzu słuchaczy tego koncertu, wszak mieli szczęście wysłuchać i przeżyć go ,,na żywo,, , a takiego odbioru muzyki, nie zastąpi żadna technologia, bez względu na jakość akustyczną sali i markę instrumentów. Co do podwójnego obywatelstwa Pani Maestro Walentyny, pragnę jednak uzupełnić, iż powróciła ona do Rosji i zamieszkuje w Moskwie, pomimo, iż jej mąż pozostał w USA. Pozdrawiam...

The artist beautifully performed Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5, for which there is applause at the beginning. This made the 2nd Hungarian Rhapsody as an encore so special.

She’ll play anything. No contract but she does love Bosies.
Walentina is a representative of this brand, but she performs on other instruments when this brand is not available in a given place.

Valentina doesn’t deserve such a bad sound recording
Such inspired performances are very rare when they are specially recorded, especially in a recording studio. But despite this, the timbre and sound are quite good compared to other live recordings on the Internet. You can't expect much from CZcams and a lot depends on what you're watching or what headphones you have.

I admire her as a pianist, but I think that the interpretation loses its beauty in the desire to execute it so quickly. Maybe it is the fashion of these times, and many pianists speed up and arrange everything so that they are more than just musicians, they are a showman. There are videos of herself with much clearer and more enjoyable executions.
Liszt certainly played his compositions as fast and as dynamically as he could and the instrument allowed. Thanks to this, he was a star and a favorite of the salines in his time. Same with Paganini.
