Redemption in Pittsburgh Pa. It has drops, table tops, berms. Very very fun on my Nukeproof scout 275.
Titokorangi
They are called strava segments i prefur natural wood trails mostly xc or gravel trails.
Good video...however...this video shines a light on almost all "mountain biking" videos that talk about "trail riding". When I hear "trail riding" I envision my local trails here in Pennsylvania USA, they're full of roots and rocks plus none of them are flat or just descending, you're always going up and down. Every trail is multi use and multi directional single track so depending on where you're at and which trail you're on you can come across wildlife, downed trees, plus hikers, families with a dog, and horses all going in either direction. I've found that most "mountain biking" videos are bike park videos.
@@robbaker8390 Yes they do...
Agree totally, but as Blake said, it’s all about adventure, that’s why I just get out and enjoy riding.
that my every day ride i practice bunny hops on horse poop
@@robbaker8390Dude you need to travel more. People ride local trails all the time. I’ve been in CO for almost 2 years and I’ve yet to hit a bike park.
Thats called a bridal path in the uk my friend. Trail means walking hiking. Or mtb. But only if both or sometimes just for one.. more rules here and wording.
Never ridden a trail centre or bike park and still enjoy. Myself on carved out roads in the woods. MTB is massive where I live in Livorno, but it’s just not catered for, so local riders make their own trails. There’s a great camaraderie though, we all just enjoy riding.
banger as always! always eat a nice dinner while watching gmbn! ♥
Keep it bright! Just get out there and have a go. The most important thing is to keep getting on the bike and having a blast.
35 years in and still absolutely loving it.
Cheers for the great channel folks. You do so much for the MTB community.
Thanks very much 😍
You guys have some awesome looking trails. So jealous. In my town we have a multi use single track park that is poorly designed. Better than no park though.
The green/blue trail at Brechfa Forest is a great introduction.
I only live a few miles from Steve Peat's sleep city bike park, so I'm going to give that a try now I've got my first e-vitus electric mountain bike 😊
im pretty out of shape. this gives me confidence ! :) thankyou.
I've had a 20 year break (life does life things) and now ... confidence and "other people" to do it all with. Skill level is beginner. So hopefully we all get out there and move!
@@RichardQuadling absolutely! thanks bud! :)
Too many favourite trails in Scotland! 😂 Best trails for beginners in central Scotland - Callendar Estate in Falkirk, has cafe, bike hire and repair, small skills area and very easy to get to green and blue trails recommended! 😁
Blake do you still have your Nukeproof? Just wondering if you still ever ride it off camera?
I used to prefer trail centres over bike parks and still do but as i get older i use parks now as i can use uplifts. If i could afford an ebike i would ride trail centres more than parks.. I also prefer tech over jumps.
I just ride what I find, I’m 51 and never been to either a trail centre or a bike park… just love getting out in my local hills.
My favorite trails are in the mountains where you don’t see anyone

💪
Who else thought they had a crack in the screen when he was talking about the trailmap apps
I would say any trail that has doggie poop bag dispensers every hundred feet should be perfect.
The two wooden structures look a bit creepy.
First time being your fourth coment
Carbon County, Pennsylvania. We ride trails carved by 19th-century coal miners. Often what one might call a religious experience. 😉😬😆
Blake really is wasted on this channel!
