貴重なオルゴールの製造工程のビデオ紹介ありがとうございました。なかなか見られない製造場面があり、参考になります。短い限定された編曲工程などのお話は以前お伺いしたことがありますが、現在はどのようにされているのかを紹介していただくとありがたいですね。現在はＰＣなどを駆使したやり方なのでしょうけれど、ＰＣがない時代での貴重だったと思います。僅か1分足らずの間に1曲を組み込むという作業と櫛を打つのも手作業だったと思いますので、御苦労があったことが伺えます。
I forgot that Nidec bought Sankyo. I believe they were interested in their precision motor business. BTW the pins on the cylinder aren't just inserted, they are ultrasonically welded in place.
I was wondering about that. I thought they might've used some precision electric resistance welding.
I have no idea what that means but it looks really cool

Beautiful products! So much left out of the video, though; while the shown final assembly is beautiful, I would have enjoyed seeing more of the component craftsmanship as well (such as the enclosure box or the base casting/finishing). There's a lot of unappreciated work!

Yeah, I work in manufacturing and it's pretty awesome to see how precisely these things are made. Those machines look well constructed as well

last spring i visited a store in Kyoto that sold hundreds of musical boxs and musical toys and other figures that also moved.
my mother got a couple small ones but some of them larger ones were really impressive.

元は確かサンキョーで、日本電産がサンキョーを買収したんで今は日本電産になってます。

my first bass guitar it was fender same instruction by the factory but manufacture in japan. its not a myth they really doing things the best way / me personally don't even like to work so much i just like to make money for not worry about money and can escape working hard but i do admire the Japanese

Superb! Am mai văzut astfel de documentare specifice la Teleenciclopedia parcă dar se prezenta mai detaliat procesul de fabricare (clipul acesta e prea scurt!) și era o varietate de melodii și cutii muzicale. Se arată în detaliu mai multe procedee: cu ciocanele, se vorbea despre tensionarea arcului despre cum era imprimata melodia prin perforarea acelei folii metalice și cum se făcea apoi ,,citirea" etc. Un proces foarte amplu și care din păcate a dispărut cred că în totalitate! Eu am o cutie muzicala acasă dar e chinezeasca și nu are banda metalică perforată. E practic o cutie de bomboane. Am dăruit cuiva o casetă de bijuterii in forma de inimioara și mi se pare că avea imprimat un vals foarte frumos... Era ceva romantic pt ființe sensibile ... Ehei, sunt ani de atunci ... Era ceva rar și efectul a fost peste așteptări! Mă întreb dacă persoana mai are ,,cadoul" acela?😊
