How can any one watch this video and then type Miley can not sing. The best thing Miley ever did was to BREAK away from her Disney manufactured persona. Disney has ALWAYS tossed their child actors to the way side once that corporation has finished using them. Miley took control and gave the middle finger of success! Miley is really nice and she has an incredible voice. She's real. The "old" Miley from Hannah Montana was just a character she played on TV. Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana was not the real Miley. People don't want to accept the fact that she grew up. She's 21 years old and is perfectly capable of making her own decisions and choices. It's her life to live, not anyone else's. I love everything about her. She's genuine and she really loves what she does. She's not fake in anything she does. She's loving, caring, and giving. She gives 100% to what she does. I always hear of people saying how lovely she is when they actually meet her and her work ethic is incredible. She shows up and does her job and she is not a diva even in the slightest bit. Her performances are incredible. If you've ever seen her live she's amazing. Sure she smokes marijuana and she likes to party and have fun but come on. She's young and just having fun and living life. There's no one to tell her no. You guys act like she's committing crimes or like no one was ever young once. I don't understand why people hate her.

I have to come back and watch this every so often. This is one of the all time best musical performances on SNL, and I have been watching the show from it's inception (although I was a little kid in 1975). SNL is different than other settings. Look at her face when it is over and everyone is cheering for the last few seconds... freeze it at 3:51. You can't fake that. Another great example of what a big deal it is was Adele after _Hello_ .

Never saw that much talented person in my life
She can do very well lively, what is more than the average nowadays in the mainstream music scene. I don't like her music at all, and herself as a commercial product, but it can't be denied she perfoms live really well. There are some antifans of mainstream music who can't rate her objectively. Apart from her appereance, she admittedly can sing and this is a very good live performance. Some radicals are very close-minded and blind themselves to her music tastes.

I'm a singer too, and I know what it takes to live with your music. Singers need to sell their music and their image to become iconic, like Michael Jackson and Madonna did at their time. What amazing talent this girl has. She's still young and immature. No se necesita tener una voz descomunal para emocionar. Esta tia sabe interpretar en directo y no desafina (algo que hacen muchos hoy en día, que solo sirven para grabar directos).
