Instead they tell something which is weaknessvasnif they are good at everything. Ignore them because sometimes we do things based on our strengths, why should I work with the weak skills of mine.

Agree about what you said on generation. But only struggle makes you hard, smooth life & easy achievable goal will not make strong men/women. Although struggling time frame/period is hard to digest and hard to pass but once it passed & U succeeded then U will be able to feel the difference & that difference will make you personality as a shiny one.... Eg - Most introverts would be good in some specific domain requiring isolated living on their own with no outside interference like scientists. Now, they run the risk of being taken advantage of by the people good in poltics playing and dealing with people etc. Communication skills will eventually lead you no where if core is not strong and vice versa. Most people have to do job which they don't like. Not working on weaknesses will make them highly vulnerable and their life would be miserable. Also, only after exposure to many things and trying at many things gives us some idea of our real strength. Eg - only in a workplace setup with so many things playing there among so many people, one gets to know his real strength and what he thought was his strength was probably not that much. In short, weaknesses ko ignore karna will only strengthen your fear of that. Also, the world will not let you just enjoy your life living by your strengths. Psychologically or directly you would be affected because aspects of life do not work in insolation, they are interlinked.
