All these clips are part of an entire retrospective series done by TotallyNotMark that sought to explain stuff from every generation of dragon ball and every arc so when this came out there was a retrospective video for the first half of buu including every single dubbing of vegetas famous speech and another one that came out for the second which is where the second part of the buu bits comes from

Maron is Krillin's noncanon ex-girlfriend who was actually an insurance fraud investigator in the abridged. Marron is also the name of his canon daughter with 18. So in abridged 18 knows about Krillin's ex and they decided to name their daughter that and pretend she doesn't know about it as a joke.
