      Thanks for your concern but the client has put a lot of effort to reach her goals. Sometimes we may not realise but when we talk about looks in a certain manner, it turns out to be demeaning and affect the sentiments over the hard work put, especially about appearances!

      Randomly following any plan doesn't really help . We need to follow a diet and workouts as per our body requirements and goals :)
